Lunch specials are without question the best in Tulsa. So good. The turkey and dressing on Friday is the BEST I have ever had. I don't know what makes the dressing so good, but it is!

Tim's is by far my favorite local breakfast joint. I applaud the new owners for being able to keep the staff, and the quality of the food is fantastic. Very few restaurants are able to maintain consistency when a transfer in ownership happens, but Tim's is just as good as Phill's ever was.
Nothing to brag about here...Basic Cafe style breakfast, food service pre-made biscuits and fake cream gravy! I saw the reviews and honestly don't have a clue where all those people have been eating if they think this is the "best breakfast" they have had...lolOn the positive side...The food was quick, hot, and the waitress was great! ?

Honestly, BEST breakfast I've ever had. I asked for lightly cooked, I got lightly cooked. I asked to add asparagus, they added it AND it was cooked PERFECTLY. We aren't Tulsa locals but I promise you, whenever we are visiting (at least once a month) we WILL be coming here.PS - our waitress Sara, is wonderful. Personable, understanding and Funny!You MUST try it.Absolute must.
I can't t even begin to tell you how delicious EVERYTHING we ordered was! Nothing greasy, eggs cooked perfectly, bacon crisp like we asked, potatoes just the right shade of brown. The standout dish here was their famous Malibu French Toast. 4 light triangles of perfection topped with an orange marmalade sauce, served with fresh strawberries. Happiness on a plate! The people here are sweet and friendly, and we could tell they know their customers. You need to support this local business! Quite a story behind it and so GOOD!
Cheeseburger was so filling, they couldn't eat the onion rings. My mesquite chicken sandwich was good...wish they had some BBQ sauce but none the less it was good.
Great experience!My kids and I went to Tim’s for the first time this week. My favorite breakfast meal is eggs benedict and I like just the basic version: English muffin, ham, poached egg, hollandaise. I was very pleased with Tim’s offering. The side of hash browns was delicious as well. My daughter got a cinnamon roll. It was huge, yeasty and so yummy. What really made the day for me, though, was that our wonderful server Jessica brought my coffee in a cup that said “happy birthday” on it. And it just so happens that we went out to breakfast to celebrate my birthday! So overall, we had a great experience.
Tim’s is so good!! The atmosphere, the staff, the look, the vibe and the food are all excellent!! Thank you Tim for keeping that Phil’s feel alive in Tulsa!
