The restaurant is really really cool. I’m totally feeling the vibe of this place downtown. We made reservations in the Tom Tom room for our date night. The service was good and my food was good. I thought the veggies could’ve been a little more seasoned but that’s not too much of an issue. I ordered the filet and it was cooked right and well seasoned, that’s a plus! Not a fan of the Korean BBQ meatballs, they were a little dry and too crispy. I’ll try a different appetizer next time. Other than that I had an amazing time and enjoyed my meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Our party decided to try out this restaurant based on the downtown location, Yelp ratings, and interesting menu. Unfortunately, I wish I would have read the reviews a little closer as I probably would've chosen a different restaurant due to some of the mentions of poor customer service. Customer Service: I get a sense that this is not a priority issue for this restaurant. Our party received mostly poor customer service from various staff at this restaurant. There were servers in the bar area upstairs that took our drink and meal orders and they were not very friendly or attentive. One of the servers quickly took drink orders and did not gather all of the drink orders. Later, he returned with one other server who asked us for our orders while he wrote them down. I am not sure why two people were needed for this task unless he was being trained, which that did not appear to be the case. The second server was very snarky and condescending to several members of our party throughout our entire experience here. She single-handedly ruined our experience. The other server was barely better. However, nearly halfway through our meal, we got a new server who was much friendlier and more attentive. If only they were all offering her level of customer service! Food: The food was pleasing and acceptable to some of our party while others did not find their meals appetizing, unfortunately. The Farmer's Brunch was good with adequately cooked vegetables, scrambled eggs, sausage, and sourdough toast. However, I found a hair in my dish after I had eaten about 1/3 of it. The server offered to replace the dish, but by then, I no longer had an appetite. So, she removed that dish from our bill. Others liked their two egg breakfast, pancakes, and avocado toast. Some in our party found their biscuits hard (biscuits & gravy), steak hard/dry (steak and taters), classic benny sauce non-traditional/overpowering/unpleasant, Cuban sandwich meat dry. Atmosphere: The restaurant has an interesting mid-century modern design and decor. The restaurant is a bit loud inside. We were seated outside upstairs, and it was a little quieter except that you do get city noise/wind. We observed mostly adults in this restaurant and did not feel that it is very kid-friendly. Parking is free, which is nice. Be aware that if you sit outside upstairs that they sun may be beating down on you in the heat. As we sat the sun moved, and half our table seated on the bench seating lost the shade. We asked for three extra seats so those individuals could move into the shade, and the bar service staff member declined indicating that they could not do this and that 'the sun is the sun". There was a larger table of patrons that had left from one long table and two other empty tables outside upstairs. No one was seated at this tables during the remainder of our visit. They did not offer to move us or to have extra seating so we could be comfortable. Instead, we had to tough it out in the sun/heat. I would not return to this restaurant nor would I recommend this restaurant to those who appreciate good customer service and consistently high quality food.

Recently had a weekend Brunch at The Vault and it was a great experience. The brunch choices are great with plenty of different options to choose from. Everyone really enjoyed their food and the restaurant itself. We made reservations and had no problems getting seated right away. The service was great and we did not feel rushed at all even on a busy Sunday brunch time.

Very good food - really enjoyed the tomato bisque we shared, brighter tomato taste than the usual over creamy. Steak correctly cooked, nicely seasoned. Vegetable side of squashes, mushrooms, and spinach was excellent, still a little crispy and light flavoring. The 5 shrimp pasta was exactly as described but the sauce a little heavy. Also, delivered to the table sans shrimp! That was quickly corrected on pointing it out. (Explains the 4 vs 5 rating) Otherwise very good service Neat reimagining of an old bank space.

Interesting spot downtown Tulsa. Appears to be a bar with food. Cold day when we went, chilly inside. The building has a lot of its old 1960-1970 fit, finish and fixtures. One shared restroom, (I get using the old fixtures but if you can't get them clean, maybe upgrade to some new retro stuff),. Some food was good, (standard eggs, potatoes) some not so good (French toast, had a weird chemical taste), some was meh, (pancakes). Kinda cool spot, place was pretty busy for brunch, appeared to be a lot of younger people and they were clearly happy to be there, reasonably priced $. Overall, not likely I would return but clearly had a following, so possibly,... just not my cup of tea.

Great atmosphere with beautiful views, great cocktails in fun, vintage, mismatched barware. The food was delicious and the menu is clearly marked for those with gluten-free needs. We didn't have a reservation but called ahead since they were booked up online, but since we called we were seated immediately. On the night we went the main dining room was booked for a private party, so we were in the Tom Tom room on the second floor getting twilight views of downtown Tulsa. I'd probably recommend the Tom Tom room anyway for the view.

Delicious food and excellent service accompany the mid-century modern vibes in this retro eatery. The menu had classic brunch staples with plenty of vegan and gluten free options.

Had a pleasurable meal. The wait staff & service for brunch was great!

I LOVE THE AMBIANCE OF THIS PLACE!The customer service was lovely as they cooked my food right before closing. However, I ordered "EXTRAAAAAAAAA" Veggies & ended up with this...I love how they had a few (5ish) vegan options. That seems to be a major issue as I wish they had warm Vegan food with tons of veggies...Very beautiful place though! ?

Honestly. Nothing was fresh NOTHING. They didn’t have sauces on anything. The guy I talked to on the phone said they were mostly organic. NOT TRUE!!!Terrible place, I wish I had gone to McDonald’s for French fries…..and I avoid McDonald’s like the Black plague. Their French fries looked like they had been in the box all day, and they just kept them warm. The macaroni and cheese was flavorless. The bread was cheap.Terrible experience.Never will I ever come back. Not a good taste of Tulsa!!!
