Ok so glad there was not waiting list. To start we are sadly living a Covid 19 virus and trying to get over it. So my first thought when I saw the silverware on the table was I’m going to put this silverware in my mouth, I honestly feel that they should wrap it with the table clothe so it's not just seating in a table that was not completely clean. The menu was dirty. The taste of the salmon was not good honestly feel it was just super plain, mashed potatoes were good. My husband said that his meat was good. Cheese cake not the best the cake caramel with nuts and chocolate was good. I felt as my waiter was hard to find she was nice but absent at the same time. I definitely feel there missing on cleaning and disinfection.
The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints! We were celebrating a birthday and Johanna A went above and beyond to make it a special day. She was very helpful with menu suggestions, prompt with drink refills and just overall a welcoming and accommodating server. We would definitely ask for her service again. We had fried Mac and Cheese for an appetizer. It was perfection! Our entrees were a lunch size Cobb salad, shrimp scampi, and jambalaya pasta. All were hot, fresh, and came quickly to the table. The bread was fresh from the oven. The cheesecakes were magnificent!! My husband had the pineapple upside down cheesecake, I had Adam's, and the birthday girl had the lemon meringue cheesecake (*Johanna's suggestion. We all agreed it was an excellent choice!). A wonderful experience that we will repeat soon!
Great service today with awesome food. Ryan on 71st Street in Tulsa is the best.
My daughter, granddaughters, and I enjoyed a delicious lunch here today. The children meals were grilled salmon andspaghetti and meatballs. My daughter had a Thai chicken meal while I had a grilled chicken and penne meal. The meal and service were excellent.
We went on a Friday night at about 7. Got seated right away. Our waitress was great. The fried Mac and cheese was amazing! The pasta Carbonara was OK. We added chicken to it, but there wasn't much in it and the sauce needed more flavor. Just tasted like butter noodles. I had the grilled fish tacos. Were very yummy, but super spicy for me with the Chipotle sauce. We had a slice of chocolate fudge cake, chocolate cheese cake, and took home a piece of carrot cake. The chocolate cake was to die for! Both cakes were very moist. The cheesecake was also yummy and rich! The menu was huge. Will definitely go back to try something else!
Love coming here after doing our taxes. It has become a tradition. The food is always fresh. The bread especially the brown bread is delicious. I had the Chicken Salad Sandwich. Love how they toast the bread. The fries were served nice and hot. My Husband had the Fish and Chips that were cooked perfect and not greasy. Took cheesecake home because their portions are huge. The meal was a standout because of our server Jacob. He was spot on in his service. Helpful and professional.
We went there a few weeks ago for my birthday dinner. It was a Saturday evening and very busy. We waited an hour for our table. No big deal. Completely expected. We got seated and got our meal. It was good. At the end when we asked for boxes I also asked for a piece of cheesecake to go. I was told by our waitress, Johanna A, that it would be at least a 20 minute wait. When I asked why she said that door dash, grub hub and call in orders had the cheesecake area very busy. I told her if I would of known that at the beginning I would of put in the order then. She then flipped an attitude and said how was she supposed to know ow how busy it would be and that it wasnt her fault so what did I want her to do about it? I don't know how the rest of the younger waitresses are but this girl could seriously use some customer service training. I was not rude. We are not frequent visitors because it is pretty expensive for us.. Needless to say no matter how much I like that peppered jerk chicken we won't be back. Her attitude and lack of customer service did it.
There was no seating available so we opted for the bar. The drinks were amazing. The loaded baked tots were the best thing I've ever eaten! However my husband didn't get his fries until we were done with our meal which is a disgrace because it's literally the easiest thing to fix.. Our bartender acted as though we were a bother for even coming in. This was our first and only visit as it was very disheartening being treated and served so poorly.
I got the Shepard’s pie it was extremely salty and I couldn’t eat it. When I took it home to my husband he said it was horrible and he loves salt. My friends with me (same bill) one got the shrimp scampi the only thing edible was the shrimp and my other friend got salmon and said it was ok. It was pricey for food that none of us could really eat. We went in on Wednesday at noon. We also had to wait for refills when it wasn’t busy at all. The waitress didn’t really check up on us. It was drop menus, get drink orders, brought bread and took our order, dropped off food and drinks then came back for the check.
Jeff was fantastic waiter! Great fun!!! Too many choices…? Can I reach in New Jersey? But at least they’re all ? yumm
