Our server Liz was amazing! Friendly, funny and attentive despite the fact that the place was packed and she was accomplishing a lot at once, she even recommended a drink that was absolutely delicious. She really made us feel so welcome and made our experience even better than it already was.The food was great too! Everything arrived hot and exactly as ordered. But anyone can make good food, I'll definitely be returning to see Liz!
This was the first visit to this location and let me tell you, this is by far the best experience eating out have had ever! It's was probably one of the busiest days, mothers day. Our server, Aliza was the sweetest and polite server we have ever had. Even though they were busy, she did an outstanding job of serving us. She got our all of orders correct and made sure we had plenty rolls and drinks the whole time. I will definitely be back and will for sure ask to be seated with Aliza!
Great catfish and tartar sauce, super tender and crispy and sauce is very dill-ish (I'm sorry). The steak is constantly awesome here you really cant complain. The only thing I feel let's this place down is the seating and the cleaning. The staff are always so wonderful and I always feel very taken care of. It's a great chain restaurant though, but you can't not love those free hot and fresh bread rolls and cinnamon butter. 7/10
Husband and I had early lunch on Monday. The food was really good. Steak very tender and nice to eat. Waitress Aubrey was amazing! She was very friendly, courteous and on top if her tables. I'm a customer service mgr for a call center and its always nice to encounter someone who clearly enjoy their job. Kudos to good food and service!!
Let me start by saying our waitress was great and a bad liar. I knew she was lying but I couldn't prove it without a scale. Neither my girlfriend nor I eat a lot but we were both hungry. We both ordered the 8-ounce sirloin and shrimp (lunch leftovers). We ate 1/2 the shrimp before the waitress came back and the problem was my steak was almost 1/2 the size my girlfriend was. I told her if my girlfriend's steak was an 8 ounce, mine was a 6, and she started going on about actually the cook messed up and gave her a 10-ounce steak. She also said a 6-ounce steak there is like 2 bites. Any way to find out the answer to my question we didn't touch my girlfriend's steak and only ate my steak along with the fries, corn, and green beans that had a little too much smoke put in them. Don't get me wrong I love ribs with enough smoke flavor to choke a horse. But whatever seasoning was about 3 shots too much. Anyway, when I got home her steak weighed a pinch over 6 ounces and I guess there could be 2 ounces cooked off. I've never weighed anything I've cooked in the kitchen, grill, or smoker before and after cooking.
Very nice and colorit place with tasty stake. The service is also really nice.
The food was delicious! I had the sirloin and fries. My friend had the chicken fried steak, I believe, and he was pleasantly stuffed.The server was great. There did happen to be a giant wad of wet blue bubblegum on the floor that I stepped in. Otherwise, really good!
