Horrible service horrible food. The beans were literally water ?my burrito barley had anything in it when I took it back to have them remake it she gave me a cup of runny beans and told me to make my own, she wanted me to use my tortilla and didn't give me cheese ? the place was messy, no napkins, pop machine was falling apart the button fell in my cup ? the lady after me had to wait so long to order she walked out bc no one said anything to her. Another lady said her tortillas were stale while I was telling the employee about my food.

The service was poor and delayed. I was greeted at the counter with, "The dining room is closed", which it wasn't. The beans were watered down, but the salsa was still as I remembered... great flavor! I had the Muchacha Platter. They had two problems with the register also, which slowed them even more. I hate to say it, but now I see why they are closing up Taco Buenos everywhere!

Took 10 minutes to even notice they had people in lobby wanting to order. Then took another 20 minutes for me to get a TACO SALAD!No fork. Sauce, or napkins.The young kid was friendly... but 4 people is more than enough for quicker service than recieved...been there, done this...it's possible.I guess drivethru is more important than lobby customers.

Evening crew was wonderful but the manager had a crummy attitude towards her employees. Really felt for them help she wouldn't even help the girl who was working the window make an adjustment/fix on the order. Food was pretty good, for a fast food joint though.

Worst experience ever! Manager had her children running around the restaurant and was on the phone. We had to wait over ten minutes before we could even order. The restaurant was absolutely disgusting. Trash everywhere and the salsa bar was FILTHY. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. After we finally got our food, ALL of the tacos in the Wholotta box were practically crumbs. The beans were ridiculously salty and the rice was either overcooked or had been sitting out for far too long. It was awful. Do NOT recommend going to this location!!

My usual stop is on E Admiral between S Sheridan and S MemorialTell me why my last 3 visits through the drive thru my order was wrong. And of course I'm home when i find out Ugh!I will return when the intercom works better. 4 months from now.

Don't use the drive through. I have come here a long time. The service has become slower and slower in the drive through. I know since the pandemic businesses are having problems with getting enough help and it may not be anything the manager or owner can do at this time. Sometimes they have closed down in the middle of their open hours. No sign explaining anything. Today they were open and I got in line behind two vehicles one at the mic.and one behind him. There were several also passed the mic. The vehicle at the mic stayed at the mic for ages. Since no one was behind me I started thinking I should just back up and leave but the others by the pic up window started moving. So thought the vehicle at the mic should move. Nope. So I looked in the rear view mirror and oops, now another vehicle had come in behind me and I could not back out. So I waited a while longer and eventually the vehicle at the mic moves. The next vehicle pulls up to the mic and also waits a long time and finally a worker comes out and puts something on a pill near the order mic and talks briefly to the driver and the vehicle pulls passed the mic. So I pull up I can see he had posted a notice, but just used a regular pen and it was too light and narrow to read. I was about get out of the van to get closer to read it when he came out again and told me it wasn't working and to order at the window. So I pull passed the mic and slowly get to the window. I had a simple order. 4 party tacos with Pico de Gyo (sp?) and mild salsa. Got my order quickly and went home. No Pico or salsa. I knew I should have checked in the sack before I left. I had none at home.70 minutes in that drive through for dry tacos.

the worst taco bueno I have ever been too. had to ask for the drink I paid for. ice machine makes a loud popping noise no souffle cups for sauces. no napkins. service was rude

Wish I could give a zero star. Spent my entire 45 minute lunch in that drive thru waiting on a $10 order. There was only 3 cars ahead of me when I pulled. Idk what was going on in there but they could have at least been polite about everything. The girl finally gave me my food and didn't say anything. Didn't even look at me. Anyway that's the last time I go to that one.
