Apparently the girl at the drive though cannot hear. I ordered a #5, told her small, she kept saying large, repeated my order back wrong so at the window I said it again and my receipt was handed back with a small order of queso charged me 1.39 for it and I didn't even order it. I am so sick of people taking my money and the shoddy customer service at fast food restaurants. If you can't do fast food, there is really no hope for your future.
The absolute best of fast food Mexican food! Everything is fresh. Great fresh salsa. Nothing is frozen, freshly made.
Terrible service and food every time I give this location a chance the guy who took my order was rude he gave me the wrong type of drink ( I ordered one of the strawberry fresca drinks and received a strawberry Fanta) when I tried to get his attention he purposely ignored me while stuffing his face full of food, this went on for about 10 minutes when I finally got his attention he tried to tell me they don’t serve the specialty drinks. After receiving my food I asked to talk to the manager and the guy walked away from the window without going and getting the manager. So I went inside and found out that they do in fact serve the specialty drinks. Also the number to call the store hasn’t worked for months probably so they don’t have to receive all the complaints im sure they get
Hot the beef Bob, mainly lettuce no sour cream when hardly any cheese. They're starting to become as stingy as Taco Bell, and as expensive
Always great! My hubby's bueno chilada was kinda soggy but no worries we will always be back? Taco Bueno is awesome!
The food was nasty. I usually like their food, but the macho nachos were just awful. I only ate a small amount because I was so hungry. I had to find a bathroom quickly also.
The service was terrible. The lady who took our order was very rude. Then we had to wait like 15-20 minutes to get our food which tasted like trash.. Love Taco Bueno but this one was terrible. If you want Buenos find another location!
Horrible I wish I could give 0 stars... Guy taking my order mumbled the entire time couldn't understand him whatsoever... I ordered 3 muchacos, 2 tacos, and 6 party burritos... I received 1 muchaco, 2 tacos, and 7 party burritos... what is so hard about fast food???
Omgggg My current food obsession at Bueno is the bueno chilalda platter! Smothered in Queso and enchilada sauce....It is BEYOND GOOD! If your not that hungry you can order a single chilalda for $1.99 & it comes with a bag of tortilla chips so you can scoop up all the deliciousness that fell out of the chilalda and mixed with them queso ?l Don't forget to ask for some pico and jalapenos! They are FREE ?
This place is awful they litterlay take there phone off the hook !!! And told my daughter they don’t tKe calls they only take online orders I have been calling since before Christmas they messed are order up !!!! Anyway they are awful always !!!! Get new managers please and some crew
