They got my order wrong and I had to drive back to get my missing item. I understand people make mistakes but they were not apologetic at all. They acted like I was the person who messed up. The total was over $50. This will be the last time I spend a dime here. You can’t treat your customers like this!!!
Eww I will never eat at this store again . Literally my whole entire order was messed up! I live all the way on 71st and mingo and came home to a messed up order. Drove all the way back to the store , asked to speak to the manager about my order. Told the little short Mexican dude about my order who claimed to be the manager. Whole staff just staring at me , like they don’t have orders to make. Manager laughed in my face when I asked for my money back. Whole place is unprofessional all around & I will never eat there again. I will be calling to speak to general manager, because they have the most unprofessional workers ever! Whole crew there is a basket case.
I went to taco bueno about a week ago and ordered a chicken potato burrito, when I got home to eat it, it had FRENCH FRIES in it! What the heck?? Since when does bueno have French fries?? I decided I would give them another shot thinking maybe they just ran out of hash browns and had to replace, NOPE! Went back today, and ordered the same thing, got home and bam… French fries again! Not to mention they are old and soggy and gross!! There was hardly any meat in it also. Done with bueno, I don’t know what’s happened to them lately, but they aren’t good anymore. Shame…
I used to love this place, my fav Mexican fast food chain. But first the quality of the food took a major dove. Then the staff was so I different to customers and the service they didn't seem to want to give. Now it's hard to even find one open, I think they are about to go bust if they haven't already. Will be a sad day when nolre cinnamon chips are available
Always great Mexican Fast Food. Its tough to get fresher tasting Fast Food Mexican than Taco Bueno. Great weekly specials, Senior discounts, fresh Salsa and Salsa Bar with jalapenos, onions, tomatoes & onions with cilantro
Messed up our order. Asked for a chicken and beef taco taco salad. They gave us a 2 beef. There was no guacamole or sour cream on one salad. I called and spoke with manager he said he would replace meal. My husband went to get replacement meal. The manager was very very rude. He only would replace salad. No wonder why the orders are wrong, none of the employees can speak english. It should be a law if you can’t speak english you have to learn and can’t work until you do. They are living in the U.S.! English is what we speak! We spend good money and our orders should be correct! He should have replaced the whole meal as we had to go back to get the right meal. It cost us time and gas!!!
Ordered through the drive thru. They forgot 2 items in my order. Really Frustrating since I only ordered one wholotta platter. Called the store when i got home and no one answered. Save your money
One of the good locations in Tulsa... It's clean and the beans are fresh. It's a safe place to pi s s as well.
I'm glad that to have made it before close, WOW I'm not going to half to go to The other one.
Chips and queso cup were stale, the taco shell was a fried flour tortilla instead of corn and the food was luke warm at best. I bought in the drive thru but only drove 1/2 a mile to my destination in less than 5 mins. Food should not have been that cold.
