Sorry hate to give such few stars but the food was terrible, & it wasn’t worth the drive to go get it, they closed the store on 21st Memorial so had to go 10 miles to this location & was super disappointed & the cashier wasn’t friendly at all! Sorry won’t go back I have tried them 2-3 times in the last month thinking it would be better but it only got worse!
Well they made it right the next day but me being l guess the last customer that night they really didn't care. Bc l got the hardest 2 pieces of flat bread they had there. My dog would not even eat it it was so hard and cold. But l called and made it all fresh the next day for me bc they know me so well there l am a loyal customer it's not even funny. And it was just as good as always when they remade it for me 5he next day!!!!
I placed an order online and then canceled it I tried to call to confirm and make sure I got my money back and they kept bumping my call or they would pick it up but not say anything.I called a total of 15 times. This is extremely unprofessional.
The good Bueno experience. Finally inside and able to use the fully stocked salsa bar.
Past worker, recently quit. Corporate is kind of jacked so I get lots of things aren't affordable. But hiring manager prefers making excuses when it comes to salaries, broken equipment, and prioritizing. No breaks, no give, just trying to fill orders with no good stock/equipment, only three people at a time at most( except for the Hiring managers shift , of course) and praying that the customers will be polite. No luck though, because who's going to be polite when they have to deal with cold food or burnt out workers? Regardless, definitely needs to make some improvements for both workers and consumers.
Taco bueno has gone down in quality the food portion gotten smaller sloppy made at this point i rather order from taco bell and taco bell is gross their food taste like vomit but least their food looks better
I pulled into the drive through there's an employee fight with her boyfriend in the parking lot then when I'm asked what I'd like top order I start to tell them my order and a Hispanic lady comes over the drive through speaker and says we're are no longer open it is 1:50 PM on a wed done how I highly doubt that was a decision coming from the vendor, either it was first and very last time visiting this place! Very very unprofessional. Awful customer service do not visit this location it might be a complete waste of your time!

Dont waste your time or money. Unless you want cold tasteless food. I ordered chicken potato burrito it was filled with lettuce and a little bit of cheese and well the carne asada nachos ill let the picture say it all. Look at what you expect and look what you get!
