I was a bit surprised by all the raving reviews about some of the food items. It however, did not live up to expectations. Here's why.We ordered the pork belly, bibimbop, and the Tulsa roll.First of all, the sushi rice was not sticky enough and was falling apart as we picked it up with chopsticks. With the ingredients, that came on the roll, I feel that the price was not right. The bibimbop dish was probably the most disappointing of all. We were expecting a sizzling dish that will crisp the rice, but the stone bowl that the food came with was luke warm. The pork belly on the other hand came out sizzling on a hot plate and was satisfactory.A solid 3/5 and we will probably give the other dishes a try in the future.
I was happy with the service provided, the waiter did good keeping my drink refilled. The menu was mainly sushi, so keep that in mind if you like or don't like sushi. Most items were around $15, so I would say the pricing for the menu overall is mid range. They're items over $20 as well. Got the crab roll, and chicken Katsu. Both were good, although wish I would've gotten more than 6 sushi rolls for $7. If you want silverware, you may need to grab it yourself, or request it
The food is very tasty here. My favorite thing is the soft shell crab OMG! I love how they integrate the jalapeño into many dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed the sushi here. My friend couldn't believe how good the seaweed salad was. Tonight they had a buy 3 rolls and get a free sushi roll, the free roll was spectacular too. All of the food here has such good flavors. I would definitely recommend/return.
The Vegan Bibimbap was delicious and the staff was wonderful. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes next time I'm visiting Tulsa.
I’ve tried many sushi places in Tulsa in a quest to find my favorite one and this one hands down is the best. The Korean menu is a huge bonus. I never tried plum wine until I came here and it’s now a new favorite.
I’m not the biggest fan of sushi but I must admit this place was bomb. Of course I got the basic California roll ? but I tried some of the other sushi dishes and I was not disappointed ?? Thanks to Misty, I will definitely visit again ? ?: Stephanie Alecia Rose Photography
This place is unbelievable!! You get a great mix between Japanese & Korean cuisine and everything is crafted perfectly. The Dragon Ball appetizer is like nothing I’ve ever tasted. Their Ninja, OSU, Vegas, and Oklahoma rolls are all exquisite as well! Very well put together. I’m a big fan of their Spicy Chicken Korean Bowl too. 10/5 stars! Definitely a must try!
If your are looking for a good Korean restaurant for here in Tulsa then look no further. Sura offers a unique blend of both Korean and Japanese cuisine.Every time I come here, I would usually get a Bento Box when I'm in the mood for Japanese food or the Bibimbap.

Lovely rolls, best bugolgi this side of s korea, and great specials. Will definitely go back!
