I was kicked out of the store for apparently having an "odor" said odor comes from the fact that I have kidney failure, and sweat ammonia. So thanks for that. The store manager decided it was appropriate to tell me this loudly in front of several customers, when she easily had the ability to do so outside as I was right by the doors. This was the first, and likely the last Starbucks I will be purchasing from.

Didn't taste like a normal Starbucks but was quick and friendly.

Definitely worth it. Summer fun drink.

Will not be returning to this location, even if its convenient! I went in to the location on 5/3 (between 330-4pm) ordered 4 carmel crunch fraps. Didnt even make it to the light when i tasted one and it was so bland and tasted like water. Turned back into the line (there was now one car in front of me) i got to the window and the person gave me a speech on how next time i need to call the store ahead of time and give them a heads up. I tried explaining i had just been there, anyway fast forward…they give me “new” ones and i leave just to realize that all they did was reblend them! Only half the cup was frozen the rest was liquid!At this point im unimpressed with the situation and wont be back! The fraps were for my kids and even they said “this taste nasty”The only reason i gave this a 2 star is because i have gone in the morning hours and they are great! Evening crew needs to be retrained!*this isnt the first time my drinks taste horrible in the evening or had a bad experience*

Giving 3 stars based on the two visits. Visit number one was super awesome. Hubby was super satisfied with the coffee. And the service was great. Next day.... Hubbys coffee was really bad. I tasted it and it tasted like there was no caramel. My coffee was not as good either but it was perfect the day before. 10 out of 10! Second visit the window person was a little rude. After hubs told her thank you, she didn't say anything and closed the window. So..... I guess it's a toss up. Sad. We want to make this our new Starbucks because it's on the way home from work. We may just stick to the one near Woodland Hills if the next visit sucks. I will update review after next visit. Probably tomorrow. Cross fingers for happy window person. Starbucks is a great company and I really want this location to step out up so we can be proud of our east side Starbucks.

Who doesn't love a great Starbucks drink. I definitely do. This is my go to store.

The barista taking my order today was wonderful. Very friendly and she went out of her way to help me (and the people in front of me). I hope Starbucks recognizes their stellar employees!

They are always out of the non-dairy milks, especially oat and coconut. They don’t update the app. They were closed earlier this week but were still allowing mobile orders to be made, resulting in us ordering $16 worth of coffee and we didn’t know it was closed until we pulled into the store to pick it up. It still hasn’t been made several days later or refunded by the company. They also upcharge for extra espresso, which is commonplace, but what’s not commonplace is charging extra and then just adding black coffee into the drink instead of actual espresso?! On top of that, are apparently out of blonde espresso specifically and will not tell you until they make your drink with something else in it. Horrible

They have some good drinks at Starbucks!!
