Came here for a quick cup of coffee. Amber and another, didn't catch her name, helped me out. Despite being slammed by drive-thru and mobile orders, they both had great attitudes! Wish they had another teammate on to help them.I've also seen a couple reviews about the employees rationing sleeves. The sleeves are available upon request; supplies have been more difficult to restock these past few months - this is not their fault.These girls did great. They're working hard!

I ordered a drink with vanilla bean powder- grande in a venti cup. They didn’t listen to the cup part and therefore wasted most of a 5 dollar drink :/ Not to mention I couldn’t taste any vanilla bean. I nicely asked if they could fix it and they wouldn’t. I’m really over getting ripped off by Starbucks.
This is a very difficult place to get in and out of. Unfortunately the employees take up all the parking spots that are easiest to get there. The employees also ration the sleeves that go on the cups to keep your hands getting burned.
They open at 5:30 on Mondays. It was 5:50 and no one answered me at the menu board, so I drove up to the window just in case it was broken. They literally looked at me and just ignored me and continued to pour tea in containers and such. If they weren't open yet they could have just told me. It was a total waist of time more than anything. They just need to learn manners at the apparently. This is Monday March 2 2022. Whoever was on morning shift this morning please talk to them about this and thank you for reading
I’ve seen disastrous parking lots before, but this takes the cake. Why was this approved is my question? Want to get out, gotta wait in a 20 minute drive through. Never coming here again
Drinks made great was early in the morning for our 4 hour trip to Dallas so we appreciate the ease of service
well, service is usually nice. this dingy little store is subpar at best, not the employees fault by any means. the parking lot is horribly tiny and service is usually slow so don’t expect to be able to leave once you’ve ordered. you’re stuck. i know everyone’s having outages but can we reflect that in the app? i’m tired of not having a mobile order that’s been placed 10 mins prior ready because i’m made aware of missing ingredients at the order screen. do better. your employees deserve better!
This is actually the one time I enjoyed going to a Starbucks. I mean not for the coffee, or the Wi-Fi; but I actually enjoyed my time here since the employees were really nice… Surprisingly nice!
Loving the order in advance app. Just drive through and give them your name! It's all ready for you. Make sure you tip them because those are hard working kids!
