I’m from out of town and collect the You Are Here Mugs from Starbucks. I called this store to see if they had any in stock. Tony not only checked their store room for me but he offered to call other local stores to see if they had any in stock and call me back. Thanks to Tony, I will have a new addition to the collection. This level of exceptional customer service is so few and far between anymore. Thank you to Tony and the staff of this store!
Half the time they are out of onething or another. I understand why, however they should put a sign up or say something when you go to order something not when you get around to pay for it. It seems I always ask for extra Crunchies and caramel sauce and I never tend to get it this fat girl only gets the get Starbucks every once in awhile so when I asked for extra I really would appreciate it if I got it.
Went through drive through and had to repeat myself several times and still was given the wrong food...only to be told after returning incorrect items that they are sold out. Music is so loud inside the store you can't even hear the girl behind the counter speaking to you less than three feet away. And they see more occupied talking to each other than doing their jobs 12.17 pm on 3/30 service was absolutely sub par
Very clean place. To many people focused on drive thru and not enough on the counter. I watched many drinks sit on the counter well past acceptable time limits. Lol. Why it does not take the whole crew to work the drive thru. Unless your drive thru crew sucks then they need to be replaced
Convenient spot on my way to my bfs house. Easy order on the app and pickup. Drink is modified and is correct each time. Wait time is less than stated as well. Very impressed and will certainly be coming back

I had a rare trip this morning there was only one car in front of me. Typically it's at least a 20min wait in the drive thru. We wanted to try something new and the woman at the intercom took her time to select something delicious that fit our tastes!
Ordered in advance by way of mobile app but still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my drink. So crowded every time I drive by. I need to find a less crowded coffee house.
Our favorite Starbucks when visiting Tulsa. The customer service and quality of drinks and products here is unmatched. The sweet foam on my cold brew was fluffy and perfectly sweet.The baristas are all hardworking, friendly, and skilled at their craft. Even when one espresso machine was down and the wait time for drinks was 20+ min, our drinks were finished in about 10 min
I have had good luck at this location. Good service. Even saved me after I ordered in the app for the wrong location
