A little smaller than some of the other locations and the parking lot was a little difficult to get into - the entrance didn't seem wide enough for 2-way traffic. There is also no drive-thru. The staff was very friendly and despite being slightly busy, I was able to order and get my drink in under 5 minutes, which is faster than I normally get through a drive-through. I would definitely use the app to order ahead in the future though. Overall, I'd return here.

I honestly wish I could give a negative rating for this location. This time it’s the fact they threw my drinks in the trash. I honestly refused a replacement for the fact the lady was digging in the trash to show me and wanted to make my drinks again. How disgusting???? I chose to spend my money here and from here on out I’m going somewhere else.

I like this location and it’s closeness to Trader Joe’s but I wish they had a drive through or other contactless option.Parking can be difficult, especially given how narrow Peoria is, so I suggest walking if you’re close.

Whatever you do avoid the Starbucks location in Utica square. The line had about 40 people! Definitely go to this Starbucks on 33rd and Peoria. Reasonable line and the employees are awesome. I'm from out of town so this is my first time to Tulsa Starbucks.

Fairly fast service considering how busy they were.

We were in town from Salt Lake City for a 2 weddings. We were in this location many times over 3 days. The people at this Starbucks are fantastic! The drinks were perfect as was the service. Great people!

I visited this location today and received terrible service. When I arrived there were several people in line and several waiting for their coffee. I ordered my coffee and was the last in line. After taking my order, the person who was taking orders began to lay out mats on the floor rather than help with the four drinks that needed to be made. At the time, the number of people making drinks had gone down from 2 to 1, as someone went on their break. I watched in amazement as the employees talked amongst themselves like there weren't four customers waiting on their orders and several of them chose this time to take their breaks. One of the coffees came out and the single barista set it aside for an employee. This blew my mind, as there were 3-4 customers actively waiting on their drinks. The man right in front of me was finally handed a venti coffee that had several inches of coffee missing from the top! I watched as the barista put A LOT of syrup in my coffee. I asked for 2 pumps, and didn't think 2 pumps was that much but was unsure. Upon looking at my label when I finally received my coffee I saw that my order was input in a very strange way: Classic Syrup and on a separate line 2 Pumps Sub Vanilla. I think there ended up being 2 pumps of Classic and 2 pumps of Vanilla in my drink - it was so sweet! I did not have time to wait and fix it, which is on me, but was still frustrating. It would have been great to see some initiative from those working to fulfill customers' orders and then take care of breaks and personal matters. It did not seem like a manager was present and the man making drinks did not seem confident in what he was doing. This may have been a one-time occurrence, and I hope it was, but I wanted to provide the feedback in case this is something others are frustrated by or deal with on a regular basis going to this location. Thank you.
