They are the worst.More than once they missed my order and I waited a ridiculous amount of time.Then after noticing that people who ordered after I did are getting their coffee drinks.This location is a mess. Very young teens running this and it shows. I will never come back to this location again.
You'd think this Starbucks, being in Utica Square, would be top notch. They were busy, and couldn't seem to manage it. You could see folks getting frustrated waiting for their orders as they kept getting them piece by piece. So they'd finally get their drink and be ready to walk away only to be told to wait for their Danish or whatever other part of their order. Also, my biggest problem was the kid's hot cocoa I ordered for my toddler. Normally they're sweet and lukewarm. This was pretty bitter and too hot! Good thing I checked it before handing it to him. The workers were polite enough, and the location was clean at least.
I feel like Starbucks catches a lot of flack for being a "chain". Oh well, more for me then. This Starbucks in particular is the closet thing Tulsa has to what I imagine a relaxing morning in Monaco sipping an espresso must be like. I've never been to Monaco and I don't drink espresso like that, but sitting on the patio drinking my cold brew sure is nice. The coffee is always great, the staff is always friendly, and even if I have to wait a little while, I don't mind a bit.
Super, super , super busy. I waited for about 20 min for my drink.I suggest doing the online app to order because it was so busy.The cashier was friendly and the drink tasted fine.
My daughter and her friends had Starbucks here on my daughter's birthday morning and they love that and had a blast we ate outside even though it was cold
Absolute crap no Trenta no cups no lemonade no mocha no strawberry’s so rude every location is Tulsa Oklahoma we went to was out of everything so bad never going again don’t go
The best and most friendly staff. They do a great job getting to know the regulars. Great coffee and tasty treats. Clean and comfortable dining area. Outside seating is very nice. Utica Square is unique with its landscaping and outdoor seating.
Very backed up and very very busy; however, the staff tried their very best to keep up with the line of customers, it was just a bit disorganized and drinks, not just ours, but others were being incorrectly made or done in a haphazard way. I would much rather wait awhile for the correct item, then have it rushed and be wrong. Hopefully next time it is a bit better
It’s clear that customer service is a thing of the past at this Starbucks. Not only did we wait forever for our last drink but they gave us the wrong drink and short sized us another. There were at least 7 workers and the wait was simply unacceptable. This place needs Chick fil A to come in and show them how to operate and treat customers.
For the money Starbucks is always just ok. I'm a little annoyed that I used 150 stars for a free drink with an extra shot and they didn't include the extra shot. Couldn't taste it at all and tasted like all sugar once half gone.
