I don’t think I’ve ever had the pleasure of any Starbucks making my cold brew correctly. And it’s literally cream and sugar . I’m not ordering a fancy drink. After years of not going today was no different. Scooters for life!
Standard Starbucks coffee. Staff here is great! Drive through is efficient. There are a good amount of tables to have a meeting or get work done or visit with someone. Wifi is always good strength. Nice atmosphere. Traffic on 41st can make it difficult to get out of this location (during busy times of day).
The free birthday drink is ridiculous. How many people can go on the exact day of their birthday?? Not so free.
Wasn't too busy and we got our coffee pretty quickly.
I just went to this location and the cashier was very rude. She was around 20ish, African American. She gave us attitude and the first thing she said was to not yell at her, even though we weren’t. You need to work on communicating with customers better.
Good drinks \\u0026 service, was pretty quick for having such a long line. Didn't have to wait super long or anything.
Th is the absolute worst Starbucks for customer service EVAR. They randomly close the front door without shutting off their app and end up blocking traffic into 41st Street. If I wanted to wait in line, I wouldn’t have used your stupid app! Poor Management!!
Went through the drive through went faster than I thought it would. Great service
