Called to get a refund since they only filled my cup HALF WAY (the rest is foam) and they told me NO REFUND but they could remake it if I drive alll the way back up there. Like no I ordered on the app to make this process quick and head straight to work RIDICULOUS I don’t have the time nor patience. Gas is $4.10 I’m not driving up there just for them to do it right the second time. Very disappointed in this location.. NEVER ORDER ON THE APP if you do check your items before you leave. My tea was also not filled up all the way it was a quarter empty just not as bad as this cappuccino.
Love this location! They are kind, courteous, and explain the drinks. They always have substitutes, unlike Starbucks on 81st.
Asked for a caramel frap and a passion tea lemonade. Got my order and the passion tea lemonade tasted like straight up water. The caramel frap tasted like watered milk. So I went inside to have them remake it. They came out the same. These are our go to drinks and they came out horrible.
I have been a customer the last 6 years, but noticed my coffee is coming out more diluted, literally like water and milk. The narcissistic supervisor had the audacity to complain about my complaint… Miss some great people who worked here in the past. Will consider changing location…
Abagail was by far the best drive thru greeter. This girl has top notch customer service skills!! Our order was done wrong and she went above and beyond to make it right. We will continue to be a customer at Starbucks due to Abagail!!
Not the most efficient Starbucks drive thru, but the staff is great. Drinks are good, pretty standard for Starbucks.

It's Starbucks and we love Starbucks.Parking and traffic flow at this store make it difficult to access and they are one of the busiest stores I have seen outside of an airport so it can be frustrating to get in and out of during the busiest hours.
I received my cappuccino and it was not even half full and had none of the add ins or toppings, and they were out of the items I wanted originally and did not even offer me a different drink or a substitute they just proceeded to give me a less than half empty drink that was not even close to my order nor did they add any sweetener or syrup when I specified I wanted it to be sweet or have syrup!!
