I ordered the nachos and I got my husband the burrito dinner the first night I loved the nachos and my husband said it was all good he just don't care for the red sauce the second night I got him the tamale dinner and I tried the fiesta nachos i believe my husband enjoyed his me I wish I had got the nachos with the shredded cheese rather then the cheese it was good don't get me wrong but personal preference is the shredded cheese the chips where warm and good the service was excellent both times the restaurant is very clean and I love that it still looks like it always has since I was little

We've been eating at this restaurant since they opened at 23rd and Sheridan. The food is good and the portions are huge. The red salsa is just so-so but the Verde salsa is very good. They have a large menu, although it's digital and confusing to read as you walk through a line to order before you seat yourself. The cook and servers are friendly and a few have been there for years, which makes it comfortable. The only reason for just two stars is because we've been overcharged several times and the cashier was rude when confronted about it.

My husband and I have been frequenting this restaurant for more than a decade -- or when they started out near 23rd and Sheridan Rd. Always have given them 5 Stars, until now. First, let me say that the food and prices are great. The primary cook and several of the servers have been there for years, and they are awesome as well. However, every single time we go and the cashier (named Leslie, I believe) is working, we either get overcharged or there is some sort of problem. Just a couple of examples is like today when we went for lunch and ordered an item we have ordered frequently (#19 Burrito), she charged us $2.00 each to have queso instead of red sauce. The menu clearly states that to add queso instead of the red sauce on #19 is .50. And when Leslie's not working, that is what we are charged. But today, when I noticed on the receipt that she had overcharged us $4.00, I returned to the register to point it out. Instead of apologizing (she never does when she makes a mistake), she stood there and argued. And then she spoke to our server and the cook in Spanish about it. So, the server came over to me and explained the prices had gone up. I informed her that we were aware of that because we were there just two days ago and ordered the same thing -- but only got charged the .50 additional on each one as the menu states. So, she said she would go look at the menu, and she did. She then went to the kitchen and spoke to the cook -- again in Spanish -- and came back around and said something to Leslie. Then, about as rude as one can get, Leslie got the money from the register for the overcharge, slapped it down on the counter in front of me, turned to another customer, and never said a word -- including not even an apology. On another occasion a few weeks ago (although we've been back since), I ordered two of the same burritos as today, but I could not remember their menu number. Leslie said they do not have such an item. I corrected her by telling her we get it there a lot. She continued to insist they did not have an al-a-cart burrito and refused to sell me one. I got tired of arguing with her and we ordered something else that evening. I long for the days when Oscar, his wife, daughters, and old staff were there. But this is it for us for awhile. If it were not several bad experiences now with Leslie as cashier, we would have no complaints. But I am tired of having to pay for her mistakes. And with never an apology. Sorry Oscar. Perhaps, this could be a good time for Leslie to receives some additional training about customer service. Just a thought.

This is a place where you order at the counter and pay for it before they prepare it. The food was good, but the restaurant is in need of a remodel. Many booth seats were in disrepair. I also overheard something uncool from the lady at the register, telling the women delivering food and taking care of customers that tips at the register were for her, and they can have tips left at the table. Not all of us who pay with a card have cash to leave, and that wasn't disclosed when I paid. I felt bad, but I'd already left a decent tip on my card.

All of their dishes have numbers that don't seem to follow any pattern. This makes it difficult to order by number if you are not a regular like me. They display the descriptions to these numbers above the line to order with several large screen monitors. However, they don't all work which presents problems for those that need to use them. All that said, out of all the numbers they have for different dishes, I don't think many could pick a number at random and be disappointed. All of their food is worth learning the numbers. Their staff is friendly and helpful. They will make sure you have a pleasant experience and plenty to eat. Like I said, I am a regular, and it is not by accident.

Speedy Gonzalez was amazing my residents and I enjoyed it for lunch out...They were so helpful in doing all the separate orders, that I had. The dood was delicious

The food is amazing! I have taken my whole family here many times for meals. Never been disappointed. Thank you for great food and great service!

Food is delicious, their cheese enchiladas are amazing...and on Wednesday they have an enchilada meal for a great price.

You can't go wrong eating here. They have the best Mexican food in Tulsa. It's always so hard to decide what to order since it's all good.
