Outstanding customer service! I called the day before to place a big pickup order for my office and I was treated with such respect and professionalism. The lady that took my order went out of her way to make sure she got jt right. She was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. The service was top notch. The 3 employees made sure to get all of my sauces and the food presentation was clean and looked appetizing. They even helped me carry it to my car. The food was fresh, tasty, and affordable. Thanks again and I will be a returning customer . Great job!
amazing food! juicy burgers and an abundance of yummy extras to put on them such as bacon or tomato or lettuce! Their fries, I kid you not, are the best fries I've ever had. they have the perfect crispy-to-soft ratio and the perfect amount of seasoning. they have some green seasoning on them like thyme or something and it's so good! go get some Smashburger now!! ??

If your reading this just know there’s another smash burger in Tulsa with superior employees unlike this place. After my online order was messed up and I immediately noticed when the confirmation email came I saw I could call if there’s any issues with it right away to have it solved (I have screenshots of all my phone calls and confirmation email to see I called in the same minute it came in) after attempting to call 8 times I race to the smash burger to tell them I’ve called and nobody will pick up from 6:54-7:09 nobody picked up either of the 8 calls no issues though the sweet gentle man on Wednesday service so no issue let me fix it. More than thankful but some lady named christy who’s only job is to sit on her behind all day in the back and yell at customers screams without getting up „ well if their order isn’t what she wants then we aren’t fixing it she gets what’s on the recipe or she could have called“ i was so appalled that you hire people who feel entitled enough to scream at me from the back ( mind you if I could have seen her face I would have shown her the 8 calls) also again note I’m being nice and the other employees have no issue fixing my sandwich they were sorry it happened even though it wasn’t there fault. Needless to say i will be bringing my business and any future company lunches business elsewhere where the manger handles disrespectful employees

My burger was good but the The service was horrible Me and my friend went and When she brought me my fries She slammed them on the table and Spilled them everywhereAnd didn't even apologize or anything And my friend has an allergy to cheese So we said no cheese on his Burger but they brought cheese anywaySo we told them that there wasn't supposed to be cheese on itAnd they argued with usAnd then they said they would remake it with no cheese And they made it with cheese again so he did not eat his burger And we paid and we left
First time. Excellent for the price. I couldn't beat it. I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries, ice tea. Two thumbs up. I will go back.
First time ever here and wasn't sure on the brussel sprouts, My daughter decided to get the smash fries and wasn't happy with them asked the if we could exchange and pay the difference and get the brussel sprouts and they said no. I got the sprouts and they were good that's why she wanted to exchange. As you can see wife and daughter didn't eat the smash fries so they went to the trash. Not a happy customer
This was an excellent burger and one of the best I've ever had. Fries and burger were so hot and fresh I couldn't even eat them right away. I definitely recommend coming here when your craving a burger, best I've had here in Tulsa.
Just do yourself a huge favor and stop looking at my Google review and go find a Smashburger! Dude! The Double Smash is just amazing, so fresh and I couldn't ask for better service! SmashBurger has never disappointed!
