I've always liked Schlotsky's and I understand being short staffed BUT this drive thru thing is getting ridiculous. Ordering thru the app is painless but the pick up process is long. If I ordered thru the app ahead of time, I shouldn't have to wait 20 - 30 minutes in the drive-thru line when I get there, hot food is always cold by the time I get to the window. Last night I went for the buy 1 get 1 pizza, ordered in the drive thru so it's hot but I'm told I can't order that at the store, app purchase only BUT it's on you're sign.

I have always loved this Schlotzsky's. At lunch today I got a turkey avocado on sourdough and it was the worst sandwich ever. Hard bread and there was a smear of green on it, no visible avocado. I couldn't possibly eat the whole thing because it was terrible. I can't imagine what happened.

4/2022Well, I loved you schlotskys, but I won't be back. I have never been asked for a tip while going through a drive thru before today, where the food is already about as much as you would pay at a diner and I'm in my own car. Tipping culture is completely out of control. This was a hard no for me.Old review- I had never had schlotskys before last year. Now I get lunch here once ever couple of weeks, and it's amazingly delicious and fresh every time. I really, really love their bread.

Sandwich used to have more chopped black olives. Black olives are what makes their sandwich unique taste. Not as good as previous.

STILL one of the best sandwiches in town: the Schlotzky original. They have over the years made available many other great sandwiches. They have had some staffing issues lately.

I love this place. They make the best sandwiches. I would normally give a five star but the tomatoes on my sandwich was not good. Had to take them off. When you pay $12 for a sandwich it'll should be fresh. But I will definitely be back.

Hit their drive thru at 6:24pm on a Thursday night and got our order served super fast by a very friendly employee.Schlotzsky's original sandwiches are flat-out delicious.

Got an early preview of the Calizones coming out on Feb. 5th. They are Amazing!

Don't go to this location. Go to the one on 71st and Riverside. This sandwich costs too much for them to put this small amount of meat on it. They got my order wrong, had to go back. Asked for double jalapeños. Clearly there's no double jalapeños. And their lemonade is subpar compared to the one on 71st which gives you the meat for your money. They didn't even communicate to me that the bacon cheese bread was not available in the large. They got little kids running this joint too. Couldn't be older than high school age. Never going back to this place, which is closer to where I live but I'm not going to overpay for a subpar sandwich.EDIT: Editing to be fair: Half the sandwich did have the right amount of meat but two sides didn't have meat (on a large sandwich) so two people barely got any meat. It was all piled on one side of the sandwich.

Delicious sandwiches (especially the Original). Friendly, prompt service in the drive-thru.
