As always we were not disappointed. Their pizza crust is some of the best in town. Total freshness on toppings. The best cheese around. Awesome staff.
Rough experience from seating to ticket. They comped 3 desserts which was appreciated. Not busy at all for a Friday early evening, however it took an hour for a pepperoni pizza and spaghetti for a party of 3. The reason was expressed as “our Internet is down”. Pen and paper can create tickets for the Kitchen, come on! Staff looked totally in invested in their jobs. Pizza was BURNT on the bottom, literally charred black and tasted bitter. Waiter didn’t visit our table once after food came, glass remained empty for the duration of our dining. I tried this place in 2016 with the same experience. I figured maybe we should give them another shot…. Bad idea. I wanted to like this place, I tried to like this place… just not possible
We tried the Broken Arrow location a few weeks ago and it was great. Some friends suggested that the Tulsa location was even better. So my wife and I went to check it out.I don’t know if it’s better, but was just as amazing! It’s a much quieter place for sure. I’m not sure which one I like better, but if you are looking for a good date night you should check it out!
They are definitely outnumbered with waitstaff to patron ratio. The girls are overwhelmed at times but remain friendly. They have a couple of people on display making pizzas although chronically under staffed. Good food. Improve the waitstaff chances of delivering good service and the restaurant would get better reviews.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. My girlfriend and I went in NYE at about 5:30 and there were open tables so it was not too busy. We sat down and the waiter was really nice and took our order and I have nothing but good things to say about him. Long story short we waited over an hour and a half and never got our dinner, when the waiter came back after many many times to apologize about how long it had been we asked for our tab and left without dinner. The manager did not come out and say anything which was surprising. Basically they are more concerned with getting online and to go pizzas out the door than the customer sitting in the establishment. There’s a place called Little Cesar that already does that. We will never go back and I hope they go out of business.
My wife and I ordered Russo's for Dinner 12/26/2021. We chose Door Dash to Deliver. Not an issue with the Door Dash driver he simply picked up the food and brought it to us. We assumed (Yes, I know) we were getting from the Broken Arrow location as we live less than 5 miles from the place. We both ordered Chicken Picatta. go back and check your records. I was supposed to have Veal, You didn't have it. My wife had fettuccini and I have Angel Hair and wanted to argue with us about making the switch. Just a terrible attitude and place. . Placed the order online. received a phone call 5 minutes later from the Yale location which seemed very odd. Anyway, I wanted veal with my dinner and the guy who called from Russo's quickly said they didn't have Veal. Was somewhat of a clown about it. So, I changed my order to the same one my wife got. When we received the food, it was somewhat cold, Tasted like garbage, and didn't get any bread with our meals. This was terrible food. It tasted like something my 5-year-old grandson could have made. We will never eat at this place again and for certain would not recommend it. We expected way more from this place. I drive by the Broken Arrow location often on my way home from work. I am not sure how the place stays in Business. Terrible Service, Terrible Food, and Terrible attitude when talking to customers on the phone. Do yourself a favor. Go get some Chef Boy Ardee at Reasor's. you will have a better dining experience.
The food was great and their drinks too. You got to try their limoncello martini, it's so good. All though prices are a little on the high side the food and service makes up for it. We tried other items on the menu to but I was so excited I forgot to take pictures. We will definitely be going back to try other things, as one sitting is not enough to try it all
Excellent Italian restaurant for your whole family. Dallas was our server, & you couldn’t ask for better service. He was knowable about the menu and the choices that were available. He gave us time but never let us waiting. The food is really good. We enjoyed the primavera with chicken. While the portions were large, it was a very light meal. We really enjoyed the whole experience and are really looking forward to when we can go back!
Great food, atmosphere and service! Our waitress, Jensen was amazing!
We went to Russcos for a Christmas dinner. They had hors d'oeuvres out for everyone. The garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, and bruschetta were delicious. Everyone ordered their meals separately. I had the spaghetti and meatballs. My husband had chicken fettuccine alfredo. The spaghetti was a little spicy for me, and the meatballs were kind of dry. It definitely needs more sauce. The bartenders/waiters were top notch. Since this was paid for by my husbands employer, I cannot tell you about the prices. I did take pictures of the wine and drink list. This would be a great place to take your spouse. Great atmosphere.
