I came for the All You Can Eat Soup and Salad Bar. I walked in just as 2 tour busses of college kids were coming in and they immediately hit the salad bar. I thought I would have my soup first and wait for the line to go down. I ordered the broccoli cheese soup. The server comes back and says that it's not available because it was frozen (what?) and offered me the other choice. I was not interested so I opted to just go for the salad bar. I went to stand in line and a nice coach told me I will not stand behind his team to wait so he guided me to the front of the line. The lettuce was almost gone but what was there was frozen (what?). Lucky for me a server was just coming out with a fresh batch. Even though the kids hit the salad bar hard the servers did a good job replenishing everything even the plates. So 3 stars for that but could of had 5 stars if you had the soup!

This just may become my new favorite restaurant. First time customer here! I ordered the sirloin and shrimp on a skewerAnd mashed potatoes with buttered corn. I had it delivered through Doordash! Next time I'm physically going to that restaurant! Highly recommend and my doordasher Megan was very polite!

I am a travel nurse and am staying in a hotel near the Tulsa central restaurant. Eaten here twice, this evening my second visit, and both times was beyond impressed with my waitress Tracie. She is so sweet and professional. She is timely and cognizant of her clients. Always cheerful and such an absolute pleasure to have her wait on me. I appreciate Tracie’s hard work and organization as a waitress. She is truly special and an asset to your company!!!Deborah Nielsen

Restaurant was fairly empty at 4pm, food was good, service was good. Prices are getting to high.

My boyfriend and I went there hoping to have a quick meal and drinks. Service was terrible. It was obvious that they were understaffed because everyone looked like they were overwhelmed though the restaurant didn't appear busy. Our drinks cost 10 dollars a piece and one was sent back because it tasted like straight juice with no alcohol. We waited forever for our appetizer. Shortly after eating our app, which was spinach artichoke dip, chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks...boyfriend who has a shellfish allergy began having an allergic reaction. The waitress didn't even know that they cooked everything in the same oil, which shouldn't even be happening. We had to leave immediately without our food to seek medical care as his throat was starting to close. The waitress was very sweet and trying her best and very apologetic the whole evening about the service and wait...and reaction. But it was too late, we won't be back. First and last time there.

The food was good. The salad bar is what we went for because they advertise "best salad bar in town" etc. It was good, but it didn't have anything that Golden Corral doesn't have and I think Incredible Pizza's salad bar beats them both if you can find a quiet corner, LOL! The waitress was nice & friendly but much more attentive to the drinkers at the bar than the tables. We had to get up and ask for refills several times. All in all it wasn't a bad experience but, it was way more expensive than it should have been for a cheeseburger, salad bar & chicken tenders.

We loved our server Martha. She was great. She gave us our space but was right there to make sure we weren’t waiting for anything. The food was hot and sooo good. Even the veggies were cold. I’ll most definitely recommend to anyone. And ask for Ms. Martha

We went to dinner on 2/22 after getting an email regarding a special an appetizer and 2 entrees for $22. We were seated promptly by a polite young man, he brought us water, then I asked what entrees were part of the special. He said that does not start until tomorrow. I said but today is 2sday and 2/22?? He said the owner decided not to start special until tomorrow. We ordered food and ate. While we were there at least 4 parties came in asking about the special. At least 2 left. There was a young woman who was sent to every table of unhappy customers. We are franchise we do not have to honor the specials, we lose too much money on the special, my manager is just trying to make things difficult are among the things I heard her tell people. Not the best way to gain customers. Oh and on top of all that I was probably 55 degrees in there. Our server was wearing a winter coat when we came in. So do not go to this location if you are looking for the specials advertised by Ruby Tuesday corporate!

Martha did an excellent job, couldn’t of asked for a better waitress! She’s friendly and knows how to make her customers happy. And we will be back!

Absolutely horrible service paid over $100 for the wrong burnt food. I ordered a drink since it was our anniversary. The frozen strawberry margarita came to me on the rocks and was lime. When I told them it was wrong they brought it back with just strawberry on top. It came after we had finished eating. It was so nasty, I could t drink it. The ribs were bunt to a crips and they didn’t even ask us how we wanted our steak cooked. They gave me fried shrimp when I asked for grilled. My husband steak was so hard that he couldn’t even eat it. There was no service. The staff kept going outside smoking. We waited an incredible amount of time before we even got our food. The quesadilla had something crunchy In it that was so hard it hurt when I bit into it. Do not recommend to feed this food to my dog. The salad bar was the best thing about the place and even then it wasn’t great or in stock. I will never return again. It was so bad that the next night we decided to go out and eat again. This time to IHOP. Their food and service was a million times better.
