Very nice restaurant for any occasion, absolutely love the outdoor seating and live music. I had the Ridge Fillet and my wife had the Lobster Thermidor and they both were really delicious. Our appetizer was the Volcano Shrimp and it was mixed with the perfect combination heat and sweet! We had an amazing waitress and all of the staff was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to those seeking great food and a nice date night spot. 10 out of 10 would definitely try again!

The food was good, but absolutely overpriced. I got the filet and it was surprisingly dry but was still decent and the loaded mashed potatoes were delicious; my husband got the bass and said it was pretty good. The atmosphere was comfortable, as well as seating. Overall, I'd say it's quite a bit overpriced and if you're looking for a good steak like I was, Rustic Chophouse is significantly better.

I ordered a cup of lobster and shrimp bisque to start, along with a pizza. The "pizza" came out first and the soup never arrived. The pizza is actually a round flatbread. It's extremely thin and I wouldn't have ordered it if I'd had known. The $81.92 check arrived with the soup on the bill. I provided my credit card along with a request to remove it which I was told would happen. When I received the bill to sign I was shocked to see my card was run for $176.19, clearly someone else's table. Bill before I could flag her down, she returned and asked to see the bill. She said she'd "fix" it. Well, when she returned she'd run my card for $81.92. She hadn't removed the soup we'd just discussed. She was off doing other things so I had to track down a manager to rectify the issue. No apology was offered. It took us 25 minutes to leave from the time we'd finished dessert.

The prime rib special was very good and enough for me to take home for a very nice meal the next day. My friend’s steak was cooked perfectly with a tasty peppercorn cognac sauce. Our squash-zucchini vegetable medley was not over cooked and was seasoned very well. Drinks were superb as always. Sam made a perfect dirty martini and peach martini that was the right touch for our volcano shrimp appetizer. I’ve eaten here many times and they never fail to please. It was the perfect place to take my guest.

Wonderful food & mike did an awesome job!

Food and drinks were excellent. The Lobster Thermador was suburb. We have no complains and will return with friends.

Everything was great. We had excellent service, food & drinks. The owner visited us to be sure we were 100% satisfied. We were very pleased and we will be back.

Usually I an find some redeeming value in a review- maybe the food was bad but the service was great or something. In this case, I cannot find anything good to say. It started when I filled out the online reservation for 10 days before Mother's Day. When you complete the form, it gives you a message the a manager will call and confirm. After 3 days I called the restaurant myself to make sure we were on the list. The person who answered could not find any record of our reservation, but she did put us down for the time requested. I was a little concerned but decided it would be ok. The same person directed me to a website Mother's Day graphic that had details of their Mother's Day brunch options. I clicked on that graphic, which led me to their brunch menu which included various options. Everything looked like it would be great. Upon arrival we were seated in the patio section where they use large clear vinyl partitions (windows) to keep the wind down. Our table was pushed up against one of these partitions and there was no room to move it out from the vinyl floor-to-ceiling "wall". This was a problem because every few minutes the air pressure from the door opening would cause the entire "wall" to snap violently and literally smack two of our party, push the table, knock over items on the table, etc. When we asked about moving the table to a safer spot, the server said there was no room to move it and just shrugged. The table was very small, barely room for 4 people and we had 5 in our party. The extra chair added to the end was in a tight walkway, so that person was run into constantly and they had literally no place to put their plate. We had to eat in shifts. When it came time to order, the server said the only thing they had was an Omelette station. When we asked about the Mother's Day menu he said they only do Omelette's on holidays. I got out my phone and literally showed him the Mother's Day Graphic, and how when you click on it it displays an extensive brunch menu. His response was "someone in marketing screwed up" and re-iterated that we could have the one option or order off the dinner menu. We decided to give the omelettes a try as it was too late to go elsewhere, so we took turns going through the line as we had space on our tiny table. The cook on he line was trying to make jokes and keep things light but some of it was not very classy. Two of our party told him they had pork allergies and when he accidentally put ham in one, he did not clean the skillet before starting over, he just scraped the ham out and continued. The omelettes were VERY basic with very little meat and veggies, half an english muffin and a spoonful of fruit for $18. I've had better at Denny's. Another employee was handing our carnations to moms which was a nice gesture but thy were literally wearing pajama pants at this "high end" restaurant. I tried a couple of times to talk to a manager but they were very busy for Mother's Day and I was told I could wait or come back later after the rush. Needless to say I did not go back, nor will I ever go back to this restaurant again.

The food was amazing! Prices were great (for what you get). Service was top-tier. We loved it. Highly recommend!

As much as I wanted to give The Ridge Grill 5 stars, it wouldn’t be an honest review. I may have visited at an off time, but I found it to be lacking of a five star experience - particularly at a $30+ average per plate. The restaurant was decently clean with the remnants of the last few customer’s meals still lingering on the floor. The ambience was lacking. While waiting for my entree, instead of pleasant music I was listening to the sounds of servers rolling silverware, guests scraping up the last of their lunch, and the occasional cry from the child nearby. If I listened intently I could begin to make out the conversations in the kitchen and the din of the Masters on in the bar.My server seemed to be the one assigned to cover the off time of 2-5pm as the others seemed preoccupied with doing side work in order to clock out. Despite having less than 5 tables to take care of and walking by countless times, she did very little to check on me during service. Bread was brought out after I’d finished my appetizer. My dirty appetizer dishes stayed on my table until she delivered my entry. Only the sides remained by the time she stopped by to see if “everything was still okay”. Never once was I asked if I enjoyed the food or if it was to my liking. After I finished my entry she returned with the check, assuming I didn’t want dessert or a drink. The food was delicious. It’s what propped up this overall experience. Unfortunately the ice tea was delivered in a chipped glass. Even the presentation of the Volcano Shrimp appetizer was lacking as it sat in a wet bed of mixed greens. A few stems were not removed from the green beans that accompanied the Veal Scallopini Picatta. The jasmine rice was also very dry.Overall, it was an okay dining experience. The food was better than a lot of offerings in the area, with ample room for improvement in the details. Service was lacking, but that may have been due to sitting down at 2:30pm.I will return during peak hours to try more of the menu and to give it a second chance. Worth checking out.
