Two hours after ordering from here I called to check on the status. I deliberately ordered at 4:15pm to give them time to deliver. They said they hadn’t started making the food yet and were waiting on a driver. We like the food, but this has turned us off ordering from here. By the time it’s delivered it will be 3 hours at least from ordering!
Incredibly disappointed that they did away with all coupons for spending money with them. That said the food is always great and something I look forward to ordering.
OMG! The best ever! It was delicious! We had the kung pau chicken, beef lomein, cream cheese wontons, and pork egg rolls! Every single thing was spectacular! Delivery was quick! The lady taking the orders was very courteous. Thank you!!
I just moved to town two weeks ago. I wanted to try this place worst mistake ever. I started eating my food and I noticed a long strand of hair in it. I went back and showed the employee at the front counter. The lady with freckles was really rude to me she told me the hair had to be mine. Therefore I just left once she chose not to make me a new order. Not customer friendly I will not be coming back.
If you like waiting over an hour for your food and another hour for them to bring the rest of your order this is the place to go. Also a plus if you like burnt/overcooked chicken. Then you get the fun of calling multiple times to finally get someone to answer, to get told we only have one driver like it's your fault. And get to jump through hoops to get a refund.
Food was awful! I made the mistake on Door Dash and chose this Chinese restaurant instead of the one I normally eat from and it was a BIG mistake. Just to outline the garbage food they sent me and how they handle customer service//request:1) My beef entree was almost all onion with a few slivers of beef here and there. Also, the onions were soggy and burnt.2) The cream cheese wontons were rock solid and burnt. You could break a bone with one of them.3) my last hope was the egg roll and it was burnt and old on one side and soggy on the next.4) Portion VS PRICE is pathetic5) My door dash drive was kind to make sure that I had the extra duck sauce and the man told him he could not give me anymore. AWFUL customer service. I got 4 packets of random sauces and 2 duck sauce.6) Last, their cheap plastic container and sloppiness cause the food to leak.The ONLY positive thing about my heart experience with this place is my Door Dash Driver Ben who was a rock star so much that I left him an extra $10 under the door mat.Don't waste your money on this place.
Quiet hole in the wall style restaurant. Friendly staff, great food at very reasonable price. Good portion size. Meat and veggies were very tender and delicious.
Don't waste your money. This is the cream cheese wontons, every single one, for $6, meanwhile egg roll chef is right around the corner and gives you 12 fully stuff ones for 3.99. Their sushi is about $13 which is fine other than you can't taste any protein because it's loaded with the cream cheese that should've been in the wontons.
Food is always fresh, hot and so yummy. Service is great and friendly. Eat here at least once a week. All food sushi and Asian cuisine excellent. My favorite sushi is the bagel, and my daughters is the dynamite. This is a must try restaurant. My favorite hidden gem to take home.
Ordered from door dash. My husband loved the orange chicken, until he found a small piece of metal in it. He went to bite into a piece of chicken an his tooth hit the metal. The chicken fried rice was bland. Needless to say that’s the first and last time we order from here.
