Have known about this place for a couple of years and last night we went and tried them. I got the chicken and my spouse the Red Rock salad. Both were $18.00 each and then of course drinks. Bill was not that bad and the food was excellent. Also the bar area was full and it looked like maybe a lot of regulars. Nice atmosphere and worth every dollar for the food and drinks.
I was expecting it to be better than it was. The service was great. I definitely can say the staff was nice and helpful. We had a large group. The entire group was disappointed with the food. I think the rotisserie chicken was best out of the meal. So overall I would say we were a little disappointed.
Visited Redrock Canyon Grill...this is an incredible place. Sat at the bar and had the pleasure of Hannah and Cassie take care of me and I started with a local brew from Mountain Fork Brewery - Hochawizen Wheat Ale. This is a really good beer, unfiltered, and a clean finish. Tried the Deviled Eggs with the relish and was blown away...incredible flavors and one heck of an appetizer. Seriously…these devilled eggs with the relish combination makes these the best I have ever eaten. The ribeye was perfectly cooked, a nice char, and the mushrooms on top were delicious. The mashed potatoes and carrots...out of this world! This meal was exceptional and the service top notch, even though they were extremely busy.
First time here and the sun was setting, beautiful sunset on the back porch overlooking the water and city. It was busy but they got us in quick.Service was great, and the atmosphere is nice.Food wise, everything was pretty darn good. We got chicken wings and the stuffed poblano for an appetizer. Both excellent.Got the wood fired rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes and carrots, it was great! Highly recommended.Overall great food and time
I love the vibe and energy of this restaurant. It's always on a wait to be seated. Bar is always packed. It's because this is the best place for a five dining experience. This might be my favorite restaurant.
A favorite for the wife and I. Show up for the salad, stay for any of the main courses!
Good food, good service. Restaurant does not take reservations so be prepared to wait. We put our name in the queue before we arrived and still had a 30-minute wait once we were at the restaurant.

1st time there, great meal, awesome food. Had the special that night, trout. Great service! Go early! Will love trying the patio again once the doors can be opened up, better sound flow.
Nice place, extremely friendly staff. Food was hit and miss. I first ordered the ribs and it was terrible. It was as if they got the ribs just cooked them and just put BBQ sauce on them with no regard for seasonings. Waitress seen I wasn't too thrilled and immediately offered a replacement meal. I then ordered the pork chops and was satisfied. The pork chops was cooked well and seasoned well and the mashed potatoes were delicious. Would definitely recommend ordering them.
