We were fortunate enough to have Hope cater a 5 course dinner at our house for 8. The food was delicious, the presentation was impeccable, and it was a privilege to talk with Hope in an informal setting. Truly Farm to Table. The menu was based on the ingredients available that week.

Hope had a challenge to live up to - over 100 people using American Sign Language at a conference on a community college campus. She made fabulous food, and the best of a difficult logistical situation - and even was thoughtful about labeling for food allergies.. . I highly recommend Red Thistle for catering any event because of Hope’s conscientious and fabulous cooking skills!
