As usual for this franchise, I received awesome crisped fries (lucky for the employees here, I still can't add french fries to my vegan cooking repertoire). Additionally, the employees here demonstrate a work ethic and satisfaction that not surprisingly leads Raising Cane's to be employee nominated as one of the top 100 employers to work for on www.glassdoor.com

Love Raising Canes, but this one has issues.I was asked to pull forward and waited over 10mins outside for them to bring me my food from the drive-thru. When I went in, my food was sitting there.There were zero adults working. Looked to be all highschool kids.Maybe they were understaffed.

As far as chicken places go, this is probably jumped to my second favorite place! "Our Sauce is Boss" is shining on their digital menu board, and let me tell you....that is WELL deserved. The lady in the drive through absolutely killed it, fantastic greeting, great bubbly voice, good customer service. The food was out fast and I don't feel like I was ripped off by the good size meal in front of me. I would probably go 4.5 stars if it was an option because the food was hot, but not quite super fresh like I have had in the past. But they deserve the high rating they have because the food is still great! Slaw is....less than pleasing, but I am not a slaw man so I will not fault them for that lol.Overall, stop in! Great experience ?
Waited 5 minutes for 3 chicken tenders and a Texas toast just to find a strain of hair in my food. Then when I go to take my food back and tell them I just want my money back, I see workers rolling there eyes and giving me attitude.
You may think it's just chicken fingers , big deal how good can it be? Well, damn good is the answer! I had never eaten here before and I was impressed. Not only was the entire meal accurate tasty and served fast, but the staff were every pleasant and accommodating. I will be back for sure!
