So I order the "Hand Crafted Tenders" along w/mac and cheese and mashed potato w/gravy. When I look at my receipt that Diana - the manager - handed me, I noticed that she rang up a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. When I tried to get her attention to correct the order, she was off to the left of the counter chit chatting with two of her friends about some upcoming event. Mind you, there are two more customers behind me. More chit chat. I heard the door to the ladies room open on my right and out came the cashier. I get her attention and explain my dilemma. She immediately bags my order minus the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. Good thing I checked. I then let her know my $11.41 order was missing the two side items. For that price, they should throw in a small drink at least. She checks the receipt and gives me the missing food. BTW, the so called manager was still chatting with her two friends when I left. I think it's time to install kiosks in Popeyes. They can at least get my order right.
The guy taking orders in the drive could not hear us well enough and kept saying we wanted something we didn't even mention. So our order was wrong and for some reason they gave us mustard when we asked for honey. I would understand if we had accents but we were speaking clearly and loudly he just did not get the order right. I work in fast food as well and this store just didn't treat us right. Just go to a different popeyes this one is slow and they ALWAYS get something wrong. We ended up just going home.
I asked for extra gravy on my mashed potatoes and they put the same amount they normally do and for me that not enough. When we got our food we opened the bag and the fires where thrown in the bottom of the bag and so was the biscuit found the fry holder after dumping it all out and there where only like 2 fries in the container they where being rude at the order screen so I’m gushing that’s why they just threw the firs in the bag still not an excuse
They used to have the best chicken sandwich in town. Now, it’s mostly breading. Very disappointed. I won’t be coming back. Also, I waited in the drive through for almost 30 minutes. If someone orders $60 worth of fast food, please ask them to pull forward and park so you don’t keep everyone else waiting. :(
Best chicken nuggets I've had in a long time and the red beans and rice it's always great
Definitely really enjoyed the food and service Definitely would recommend 1000% had a little hick up and the manager and or shift leader Tammy had fixed it. But Definitely will go back.
I love Popeyes and eat at one every few times I come to town. I come understanding not wanted to eat where you work all the time. But when you walk in and see the manager with a big sack from Cains chicken, it makes you wonder. Just saying if you get someone from somewhere else you should probably put it in a different container

Best chicken in the whole world. Spicy legs are probably the best food I’ve ever had. Great service great people.
It was probably the worst Popeyes I've ever ate but that's not saying much. Considering it was New Year's but the food was cold. I do appreciate the haste in their work ethnic. IDK I never really enjoyed Popeyes before this experience. But I mean in retrospect it was okay. Honestly though it was way overpriced for two people the total was $25. So-So taste and so-so quality. I'll probably skip this Popeyes next time. Actually I'm not going to eat there again. It'll probably die out in the next few years... Who knows maybe I'm wrong and it was a bad evening. All in all I'd skip this Popeyes chicken ? and go elsewhere. Anywhere else is going to be a better time... lol
