Dear Popeyes, If I could give you a negative below one star rating..I would. The chicken has gotten slimmer, the red beans & rice seems watered down, but the worst was the congealed slop you served us that you had the audacity to call Mac and Cheese. I understand fast food isn't going to be like a homemade version, but I expect it at least measure up to a box version from the grocery store. I expect it to be edible. Our family has been loyal Popeyes patrons for over 10 years..if not longer. This is unacceptable and we will not be spending money in your establishment again. So long and farewell Popeyes.

It was definitely worth stopping! Food was fresh, and the older woman at the counter was absolutely lovely. I only give a 4 because all the tables were dirty, but considering circumstances, that wasn't a deterrent.

Family went today around 8pm april 3 22 to eat. Ordered shrimp basket. Hubby ordered shrimp chicken meal kuddo ordered 3 peice tender meal. WE ORDERED OUR MEAL TO GET BARELY LUKE WARM SHRIMP... THEN THE LADY HILDA HAD THE NERVE TO ASK IF I ORDERED IT FRESH. WHAT THE HECK??????THE ONES WHO SHOULD HAVE IT FRESH FROM THE BEGINING?? Wow... BEEN WAITING ANOTHER 15 MIN TO GET MY SHRIMP.. Hilda must of not told them about my order and left to go home.. so im here waiting on my food again to be cooked.. ill stick with churches chicken if this is how customers are treated.. no sorry nothing. I would PLEASE rate it 0 if they had one. Wont be back.. mang do your job. Place was dirty. Tables not clean trash on floors. They are sitting around talking..

I just ordered food online from the store on 41st in tulsa. I got to the store in 15 minutes thinking my food would be ready for pickup. It was not even started. I counted atleast 10 employees behind the counter. Three of them were using metal cooking utincels to break into a locked door to a managers office. One of them asked me for my pocket knife to help open the locked door, and I said no to that and what do I look like a locksmith. While two employees stood with their back to me having a conversation in Spanish, since I don't speak their language they were not helping me. I waited for 20 minutes in the store to get my food after ordering 15 minutes earlier online. All the employees spoke in Spanish at this store and I spoke the wrong language to get good service.

I'm deeply disgusted...I have been to several Popeye's and they are all in my humble opinion sub par on food quality. Taste is off and I have yet to get a truly hot and fresh piece of chicken. The red bears and rice have been mostly rice with a bean juice on it. I'm going to expand my quest to other states.

The BEST spicy chicken ever!! Always fast, friendly service! My husband gets the spicy sandwich with red beans and rice. I usually get a spicy white piece. Yummy!

Popeyes as a chain isn’t necessarily horrible… but the staff at the 41st street location are rude and my food appears to have been cooked an hour ago. Additionally, they gave me 8 nuggets when I paid for 12 and when I called them they told me I can come get my other 4. I’m sorry but that’s not appropriate customer service. This isn’t a toco bell that’s on every corner. I’ve got to drive out of my way to get there; I’m offended there was no apology nor willingness to compensate me for the effort, distance, and time it would take me to get my replacement.

Customer service is horrible. Get to window, " We ain't got no mild legs, spicy only. Your gonna wait at least 15 minutes if you don't take spicy."No sorry about the chicken or the wait.. No thank you, have a great day, nothing.Literally slammed window after saying here, to give me my food.Didn't get my Coleslaw.And yes I LOVE me some sweet tea..This was syrup.When will I learn.Not another $Some other biz, WANTS my biz.

Since we don't have one in my area, I always enjoy stopping here to grab a meal. It's quick and easy. The chicken is hot and fresh.

I have to say they are getting better. I rate according to my order, friendliness of staff and how I'm treated when I come in as a doordasher.
