I love Popeyes. They have great food. But, they really don’t care about the customer.On my way to work 3x a week or so I get a chicken sandwich though the drive thru. Most of the time I’ll order extra pickles or extra sauce and they literally will give me it in plastic containers. So, I always started saying “ extra pickles and sauce on the sandwich, please.” They will never repeat it back and will always come in the containers. Maybe 2x they have actually done it.But, come on. How hard is it to throw a few extra things on the sandwich. It’s just annoying bc I have to pull over. Open it up and apply it myself. I thought drive thru was suppose to be convenient. I’ve just never seen employees be so lazy.
The customer service is horrible. They’re always in a rush which most times is the reasoning behind errors. I’ve had multiple problems with my orders and every time have to Argue with the manager to get something fixed. Popeyes is one of the only restaurants I know that doesn’t accommodate for the customer. I used to be a manager at Popeyes before and i don’t know what changed but we use to value our customers and wanted them to come back now days they don’t care.
The drive thru doesn't seem long but the wait is awful. I ordered. The 16 piece with three sides all dark, but mixed spicy and regular. I arrived home and made plates the meal was over ran with breast. Once I had a drum stick and a wing and gave the little man the same thing... I had two thighs and the rest large breast. Days later breast still in fridge, no one in the family eats them unless alfredo or something. I will stick with the individual meals dealing with popeyes. This was expensive and wrong. When I asked for sugar and honey, I was snicker at but when I asked for ketchup, I was handed two packets. 5he woman read the order back to me so I so not understand how after I paid, didnt buy drinks.
Food was old, cold... just disgusting and very expensive. Staff was rude. I was actually giving them a 2nd chance after a previous bad experience, benefit of the doubt and all that...nope. Never again.

Really bad chicken sandwich for 2 times in a row. Felt like I was biting on a piece of rubber not chicken meat. Had to throw them away. Also got charged for a drink I didn’t order and didn’t get my silverware for my drive thru order. This is my last visit to this store.
I had the blackened chicken, it did not disappoint. Honestly, some of the best fast food chicken I've ever had! Way to go Popeyes, I will be back for some more ASAP!
I was excited to get your 10 piece dark meat special. I was very disappointed that, except for one piece, the chicken was overcooked. I live too far away to bring it back. For the record, the one piece was good.
Went through the drive thru and the order taker as well as the cashier at the window were extremely friendly and professional. They repeated my order both times to make sure it was accurate and correct. Food was hot and tasty and delicious as always.
