November 26th, 2021 I visited the one in Woodland Hills mall and ordered their pho. I love pho but should've known that combining mall + pho was likely a bad idea. It took them a little while to get my pho prepared but they were multitasking making food and teas. I'm not opposed to waiting if the food was worth it. But it wasn't.Unfortunately, it was the worst I've ever had. The broth was warmed up in a microwave and the beef was overcooked likely because they nuked it with the broth rather than it being added raw to hot broth. The broth itself had a visible amount of oil/fat floating on the top and it was cloudy when it should be relatively clear, if not completely.I contemplated tossing the pho away and ordering food from another vendor in the food court, but I was starving and it was busy because of Black Friday. I got about two-thirds through or so and gave up. Decided to wait until we left the mall to get something satisfying. If I was you I'd avoid their pho at all cost especially if you love pho and know the really good spots around Tulsa and Broken Arrow.
Worst phò I've had. I didn't receive any of the fresh ingredients (lime, sprouts, etc) that you normally add just before consuming. Soup was way too salty. I don't taste any of the other flavors I'm use to getting with this kind of soup. It tastes like overly salty Campbell's with rice noodles. This was a door dash and unfortunately they were closed by the time I received my order.
The owners have changed since it was first open. We ordered pho and boba and was very disappointed. Pho tasted like chicken noodle soup! And boba tea was bland. Very disappointed that they did not keep the ingredients the same as the original owners. Will never become a customer again. If I want pho and boba I will go to a legit place in Tulsa!
love the boba from here, but every time i go the lady is always so rude. they definitely need to do something about that.
The milk tea is good but got overcharged $1 than the menu price. So it was $7 for a boba tea!But I didn’t get a receipt so don’t know why it was more.
The lady there is rude. Absolutely no customer service, she looks annoyed. Im afraid to ask for an order
Ordered chicken pho and spring rolls for delivery. Asked for chopsticks, extra sriracha, and soy sauce. Did not include any of that. All the vegetables that go in pho also missing.
We came here and the lady was very rude! After she was done with her attitude she started saying "you got a tip for me?" After saying it like 7 times we put money in her jar and she started making our drinks! It was like she wasn't going to make them unless we gave her a tip! Took about 15 mins. More people came up and she did the same thing to them! ....I'm a server and I know how important tips are and a tip was planned but come on...... The next week my teenage daughter went back with her friends and the same woman stood there at the counter with her hand out until someone finally put $5in it.... This kind of service is ridiculous and doesn't deserve any kind of tip ..we will never go there again!
It was so good! I had the #12 and yummy! Would have liked it better in a bowl and with cabbage instead of lettuce, but it was still delicious! Will he going back!
Horrible place. Terrible costumer service, man at cash register was very rude and impolite, and had NO IDEA what he was doing. We ordered 2 simple milk tea drinks and it took them about 20 minutes for them to serve us. They didn’t even wash their hands or use gloves when they were making the drinks. Once we got the drinks we were so excited to try them, but as soon as we stuck the straw in the top of the drink, we literally almost threw up! The milk tea tasted like watered down milk! It was horrible! And the gross little balls inside the drinks were just nasty. We took 2 sips and immediately threw them away. Disgusting! Afterwards we all had very bad cramps and gas(and almost threw up). And it was such a rip off! $10 for 2 simple milk teas. On the television the milk teas look so delicious and tasty! It’s amazing how people can really advertise. Never recommend, thanks god we didn’t even try the food there. Don’t ever go to Pholicious, horrible service and food.
