PHAT PHILLY’S is so GOOD!! I’ve been going here for over ten years and my food and service is always good. Sometimes the food might take a little bit but it’s well worth it. I bet you set down eat your sandwich and get full. Thing is you’ll be full but the sandwiches are so good you’ll want more. Add Bacon, Black Olives and Jalapeños! ? You can thank me later ? ??
Truly disappointed with my food I purchased on 4/6; the beef was chopped to look like ground beef, the taste of burnt beef overwhelmed the taste on sandwich and I could not even taste the cheese I asked for. I had purchased two chicken cheesesteak sandwiches for others and they were disappointed as well. After spending $40 on 3 sandwiches, I will not frequent this again. The pics of steak sandwiches on website look nothing like what I got yesterday, not to mention the prices on web site are not correct, prices are higher.
If your after a super soggy sandwich, and cold cheese tots this is the place to go! Service was good for once, but the food was a total let down.
It was good.Would have better if it was mad like I asked for it.Very dissatisfying especially when you spend almost 60 dollars.But the times we had eaten there before I loved it,we could've taken it back but we don't like to waste food!So only 3 stars this time
The people who work here are very friendly :) the food came out hot and amazing! This place is a must try!!! :)
Was looking for boxes cause I was moving 2 workers was out on a smoke break and there was 1 nice car parked. The young blond headed girl ran up to me and said was you trying to get in this car. I wasn't near the car and I took a offensive that she was rude and mean to a disabled person.i didn't bother going in to order my food because of that action

We waited over 45 minutes for our food. When we asked for a refund on the food one of the waitresses wanted to argue and say she had been saying our name. We sat at the bar and heard every name called-ours was never called. They gave us the food they claimed was ours but when we opened it up, it was two orders of fries and a chiii cheese tots. Not our food we spent $30 on. Won’t recommend to friends visiting town.
I ordered through DoorDash and I’m disappointed because my 11’ sandwich came burnt and with little to no cheese. DoorDash did not fix the issue. I paid almost $40 for one sandwich with fries basket and this is what I get? The meat was so burnt it was hard to chew and it needed cheese badly so I tried to add my own but with the burnt meat I didn’t even bother eating it
They have a neat place and the staff were friendly. The Phat Philly was ok. I don't know what a true Philly should be and this could be accurate. For me though, I felt that the cheese whiz overwhelmed any other flavors. I would have liked more onions and peppers. They do give you plenty of meat however.
