I ordered The firecracker chicken and the sauce was good the portion was small and it's in a little Basketball and honestly it was not worth the money. I would rather go to bricktown brewery or some other place if I'm gonna spend that much money and bring out my kids to come as well. Will not be coming back. Everybody that had Brown rice the rice was hard. In the meat paste it like it's been around all day.

Ordered burbon chicken with fried rice. The sauce tasted watered down and the rice was crunchy. Also ordered lettuce wraps and the filling just tasted burnt and the lettuce was rotten. Not going back.

Yeah, it was okay. We used to have a Pei Wei in our hometown, but they all closed. We were excited when we found this location for dinner. Pandemic Pei Wei is very different than I remember. Everything is now disposable, which I get. The experience wasn’t what I remembered from other locations in the past. The kids portions had maybe 4-5 small pieces of chicken with a lot of rice or noodles which surprised me. The flavor was nice and the service okay. I like it more than most Asian quick service restaurants. It’s nice to have in the mix if you are looking for something to mix it up.

I've learned to have low expectations when going to some chain restaurants. And I was right about this place I ordered something called pan pan noodles and two spring rolls and a drink the total came to $18.38 when I got was a 8 inch plastic plate of spaghetti noodles covered with an extremely gooey sticky concoction of vegetables and chop nuts with a few shredded cucumbers on top the spring rolls were very small and barely above room temperature. Plastic forks paper napkins in self-service soda for what I paid I would expect larger portions and a nice shirt dining experience this place was like going to a Taco Bell I had two bites of my noodle dish and couldn't take anymore it was flavorless I've had the texture of glue I took it back and they refunded my money so at least that was something they're much better options for Asian food until so don't waste your time or money at this place.

I had 2 orders of lettuce wraps and 1 order of Kung pao chicken.....Amazing job as always guys thank you thank you thank you so much I have been eating pei wei and pf changs for years I have never once had bad service or bad food you guys consistently kill it thank you

The food looks really good for the most part, and the restrooms were clean. But the rest of the place falls very short. I wouldn't even give compliments for the staff being friendly, even though they weren't unfriendly, they were just kind of there. The restaurant was very cold, and the staff took about 10 minutes to clean up a liquid spill that someone had made, allowing a slip hazard to sit there unattended for an excessive amount of time. The sinks in the women's restroom need some maintenance, with one hardly running and the other splattering. The layout of the cashier station is horribly done, with the menu for you to look at on the opposite side of their beer advertisement iced bottles. The credit card machines are very old school, don't even have chip readers in them. There's not really any excuse for that nowadays, especially from a restaurant that has several locations around town. The flavoring of the food wasn't very well balanced. For light flavored food, the spice was overkill. Even though it wasn't extremely spicy, it still covered up the rest of the flavor which was lacking. Lacking. The honey chicken had a strong citrus flavor to it, where the orange chicken had more of a honey flavor to it. It's like even though they put oranges in the orange chicken, they swapped the sauces. The portion sizes were way off, with some dishes. Having hardly any chicken and other dishes being full of chicken. The crab wontons were good, but you couldn't taste the crab very well because they used a finely shredded crab instead of chunk crab. You should skip the desserts. The donuts were very dry, and you hardly get any frosting, which doesn't make sense considering how cheap that is. Also, it isn't a traditional frosting, but just sweetened condensed milk. The fudge brownie is a commercial package brownie, hardly bigger than the end of a fork and not really worth the price.

Well???? Adrian (the girl who took my order tonight) was freaking awesome. I love her! The restaurant, well???? I asked for NO EGGS in my fried rice on both orders and guess what I got?? Eggs all up in my fried rice and my husband's order as well. I despise eggs in my fried rice! And my spring rolls were soggy. Adrian needs a promotion! The kitchen staff....well???? I will say it was stoopid busy. But there were eggs in my fried rice and it even said on my receipt NO EGGS. I know I should have called, but when I was in the restaurant waiting for my order, it sounded like the phone was ringing off the hook and it wasn't getting answered. So, BOOOOO PEI WEI. HORAY FOR ADRIAN!

I'm a vegetarian, so I ordered Thai dynamite crispy tofu with Cauliflower rice. Found a piece of meat in my main dish and Cauliflower did not have any seasoning at all. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Very good quality food! The girl who worked at the register today was very helpful and very niceThank you!

Today I ordered crab wonton for an appetizer. The wontons didn't come until we were finished eating and they were burned.... the filing tasted like tuna. I will not be returning to this location and I will never order the wontons again.
