Just met this guy & talked soo big about y’all’s food for us to pick up our order & the rice to be uncooked and crunchy. Bruh. Really? They have downgraded the quality of their chicken meat to a point where I will never come back again. So gross.
The food is good but the portions are significantly smaller than the other Tulsa locations. I usually get extra protein but this location’s idea of “extra” protein isn’t even as much food as the other locations’ regular sized portions. Like I said it’s good but sometimes I feel like I’m getting shorted
Had the classic chicken pad Thai. Was greated promptly. I did have a brief wait as there were several takeout orders before me. The manager let me know so it didn't look like I was the only one in the restaurant & it would seem as if they weren't serving me timely. Manager checked on me mid-meal & offered a togo box for my leftovers.
Pei Wei was really good just a couple of years ago. But the last 3 times we have eaten at the Brookside location has been disappointing. Tonight was the worst. Sadly, I won't go back.

Tonight I ordered chicken lo mein, sesame chicken entrée with fried rice, and eggrolls. I have eaten at other Pei Wei’s the past and it was always delicious.I was so disgusted in the taste of the food that I couldn’t even eat it. The lo mein looked like spaghetti with no taste. Big Chunks of chicken that looked like it was boiled.The fried rice was terrible, and a sesame chicken left a lot to be desired. After spending $43 for all that food, it’s going in the trash. I would never recommend this location on Peoria to anybody.I will probably never eat at another Pei Wei again!!! I honestly felt like going back and getting my money back. I won’t be mad if they offer it.
Used to love this one and have been there couple of times..But recently, they have increased the price so not that regular..Their pad-thai is the best in my opinion..Other items are kinda ok..

Always enjoy their food. The cashier shorted me 4 dollars on my change. When I went to ask for it, he didn't even look at the receipt or ask questions like he knew what he had done. Just watch that.
