I ordered online 2 pizza's from 51st and Memorial Papa Murphy's. I live in Cushing so my husband went to pick them up when he got off work in Tulsa. He showed them the confirmation. The man told him there was only 1 pizza my husband showed them I had made a second order so there was 2 pizzas. They argued with him for about 10 minutes. My husband finally left because he hates confrontation. I called and argued with them finally the man seen there was a second pizza so my husband had to drive back through traffic 10 miles to pick it up. They would not give me anything for the trouble or time and gas. I am very unhappy. The pizza's always taste good but they need to have kind useful workers that can listen to the customer and make things right.
There thin crust brings your experience to a whole new level, paper thin you’re buying more air than anything else! Not worth the money they want for it! Crackers are thicker than this crust!
I got the stuffed pizza it was really good it's just the dough is too thick and the top Burns but the bottom doesn't get done enough they definitely need to use way less dough. Next time I'm going to try the thin crust pizza maybe that one is better.
Pizza is great! Staff had an awesome attitude! I think I found my new pizza place. The keto pizza is amazing. Best cheese of all chain pizza places.
Not very hygiene oriented. I ended up walking out. People behind counter without a hat or hair net to cover their hair. Family members of employees wandering around the kitchen. No thank you...
Good pizza but I can get the same thing already cooked for the same price, way too pricey and I have to cook it?
I love Papa Murphy's pizza just have issues with customer service often.

Have been baking these pizzas since we lived in Seattle 20 years ago. Needless to say we like their pizza.We used to get pizza here every Friday years ago when we lived on that side of town. Haven't been there in a couple years and I believe it's under new management now. Pizza was good as usual but customer service was a little lacking.
