I ordered on the app yesterday and it charged my card then tried to charge it again the second time didn’t go through. I called and spoke to manager on duty and was treated VERY unprofessional! Was basically told there was nothing they could do as my order didn’t come through. Yet my card was charged and they got there money and I NEVER GOT MY FOOD! I order a lot for delivery from the Tulsa Hills location as I work in the area but I won’t order again after this and more than likely neither will any of my coworkers as we don’t want to be robbed!
Everyone was friendly, however I ordered the Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT with chips and a bottled water. It was late in the day, I was exhausted and my dog was getting excited, so it wasn't until later that I noticed that they hadn't given me my bottled water. Also there wasn't ANY AVOCADO on it! No napkins either ?. Why is it that I can't go through a fast food place anymore without them being able to get my order right? I paid over $14 for that???? Seriously????
Was told this morning by the lady working the counter we could not order a fontega chicken and a pick two, left, went outside, ordered on the app and had my food within 10 minutes, guess she just didn’t want to ring us up.
I had a birthday coupon for $2 off z drink. I asked for a cappuccino. Worst cappuccino ever. There was no sweetness to the horrible coffee, and the cup was 1/2 full. I wasted my $2 on a horrible cup of cappuccino.
Unfortunately the service and quality has really gone down hill. On multiple different occasions my orders have been incorrect, charged more than what I ordered, and the incorrect food placed into the to-go bag. Also, the drive thru is inconsistently open. The signs out front say it’s open, but when driving up to the drive-thru it is not working. Also the price of the food really is not worth it. Sad to say but this Panera location has gone down hill and I do not recommend spending hard earned money here.
My family all got breakfast sandwiches, and bagels for later in the day. The food quality was excellent. And the service was fast.
If I could 0 star this specific Panera I would. Wait time was over 20 minutes, place understaffed, and chicken under cooked!!! Extremely disappointing when all they offer is cookies to make up for everything.
Had an excellent experience. I had asked the ladies working the counter to remind me that I needed to order a Togo coffee for my wife after my meeting and to not let me forget. They caught me before I left as I had in fact forgotten. The extra level of service and attention to detail by the staff was much appreciated. Those employees have earned my business for Panera.
Well yesterday, spent $56.82 on nasty soup, our sandwiches were dry & bread was hard, along with croutons that were hard as plastic & the 8 rolls of bread were hard as well..... not happy customers...
