I am highly disappointed with my frozen Carmel drink. It took me less than 3 mins to pickup my order and once I received it, I noticed my drink was a little watered down but I thought maybe it just looks like that because I had got three expresso shots added to it. But I go to drink it and it’s just liquid, at that point I should’ve just got a regular iced coffee. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!

Ordered a flat bread pizza and added avocado. The pizza tasted great, however thwre was barely any avocado on it. There was 1 sliver cut into 3 pieces for the entrie pizza. Id like to think for what i paid i should have gotten more

Decent salad. 8 bucks for a salad seems a bit much, but I'm probably showing my age. A pack of gum costs 5 bucks these days

I bought the Turkey BLT minus the B. I also got a small Mac and cheese with a baguette and apple for about $15. It was busy but I did not wait in line to order, just 1 other person in front of me. Cashier was personable and quick to take my order. My order was quickly prepared and delicious. I went at 1230 on a Thursday.

I had a terrible experience and won't be back. I have never gone to a Panera, but I was really excited to try it. I went in, and explained at the counter that I was new and had never been at a Panera before and was interested in their "choose two of any -", I asked for clarification on that, such as "I get to choose between sandwich, soup, salad?" and the two young ladies at the counter said yes, to which one said "the small and the large are the same price." Which her coworker friend corrected her, but told me "you can still get mac and cheese." I order that and a small ceaser salad with a drink and my total comes to over 17.00?? I stared at the menu dumbfounded, but I disappointedly accepted it not wanting to make the situation any more confusing. Then, as I'm starting to slow down on my meal, I can't seem to find an available employee to help me with getting a to go box. I see these two same employees walk by me, to which I respectfully and cheerfully ask if I may have one. They said to me "yeah you can go get it... They're just over there..." And they walked away. As I'm walking, I noticed I'm getting closer to the kitchen and more uncomfortable, I see a male employee and ask him for a box and he went and got me two different items that I would of needed, but had no access too. For the amount of money some Mac and cheese, coffee and a small ceaser salad costed me there, I could have gotten a little respect and felt valued as a customer. Really disappointed.

Love Panera and ALL the food. Bacon Turkey Bravo with Broccoli Cheddar Soup is my personal fav. However, I only wish there was another 5 star rating that could be given for this store’s customer service! We had a door dash delivery that was missing one of our products. The manager went so far above and beyond what I feel like was acceptable to accommodate the situation, that I can’t help but feel like this store is the pinnacle and should be the standard for customer service everywhere!Great Job!!!

Love the delicious, unique and healthy food choices. Nice quiet atmosphere. Near favorite shopping and entertainment areas.

This was THE WORST dining experience that I can remember EVER having!First I made my order at the kiosk like I have done at so many other Paneras, both near by and in other states. I got my cup and "place trakker", made my tea and found a seat (which I had to clean food off of the seat first) then I kept busy checking my email for a few minutes. Others came, sat, and got their food delivered... 'Where's mine?'', I asked the server, as he walked by barely glancing at me. I gathered my things and followed him to the area in the back where the food is served. I, again, asked the server where my food was. He gave me a blank expression. I held up the place trakker so he could see the number and said that everyone else who came after me got their food, so where is mine... Both servers standing there and the lady in the back conversed for a few minutes and then said it didn't go through. But I showed him my trakker was active, and declared that I had been charged. They searched and finally found that it had been packaged u to-go. By now it was All cold, the soup cup was half empty, and one side of the grilled cheese was a heel plus half the cheese was stuck to the box. I complained. The first waiter said he would bring me more soup, but made no explanation about the sandwich... Five minutes later I flagged down the other server, who insisted it was 8oz, as it should be... He even went to the back and brought the props of a pitcher and another cup. While never letting the water settle he announced "8oz!" And poured it into the cup, it filed the cup more than mine. But he took off before I could say anything... Clearly I'm not getting a full meal here. Now, the girl that busses the tables keeps staring at me and walking back and forth next to my table and has bumped it multiple times on the open side (since I started counting it's been 23 times she has, at least, walked by in about 10 minutes- and, no, they are not that busy!). She has this look of "go ahead, try me!"

Chicken caesar salad is my go to. But I tried the flatbread pizza it was great.

I love Panera but had a bad experience at this store. Went to order a breakfast sandwich around 10:45. The line was extra long which is understandable. I, patiently, waited like everyone else. When it came my time to order, I was informed that I couldn't order breakfast because they stopped serving breakfast at 11:00 and it was now 11:02. Really? You're going to make me stand in line for over 15 minutes only to tell me I can't eat breakfast???? Went somewhere else that would serve me.
