The food is typically very good (except when it’s not—more on that in a moment), but the atmosphere has totally gone to hell. I live very close to the Cherry Street location and seriously, I’ve been coming here since it was St. Louis Bread. The staff nowadays (very young, especially on the weekends) act like it’s a party, and the noise from the STAFF is ungodly. It’s enough to drive a person out the door. Their party in the back-of-house is more important than the customers, lots of yelling and loud laughter and just no. Wrong. Come on, kids. You’re here to work. You’re being paid to work. Please, put your phones away, leave your social media elsewhere and do your jobs. The music is also garbage and usually far too loud; if I’m wearing earbuds and can hear all of this outside noise? I often end up wondering where the manager is and why that person is allowing this to continue. Oh, right. Usually very young “manager” too.Since the Cherry Street Panera is very close to my home, I am partial to it. I am also recovering from a foot injury that has partially debilitated me, so I’m often having deliveries made. Some of their line staff needs refreshers on how to build their menu items or to pay more attention. More than once they have had to replace or refund my order because they screwed the build up. I have dietary issues and customize the orders. Please, folks, DO NOT add things that don’t belong in the build. I leave things out for a reason and don’t order particular things for a reason. Do not combine my order with something I cannot eat and is not even a part of the items anyway.I won’t get into the deeply disturbing homeless people who hang out in this Panera and stare at the customers. I keep expecting to get followed when I leave (I walk for exercise). Like I said—the atmosphere has gone into the drink.

Great experience. Food was great and came out fast

I had the worst dining experience ever here. At Friday at 5pm, every table was dirty and only one other person was inside. A table had to be cleaned for us to sit. The food was alright. But, when I went to get a box, there was food inside of the top of it so I asked for another. The person who tossed the second box at me, after clearly seeing the food in top just happened to be the manager. Forty bucks for mac and cheese and half sandwiches and that is the service one gets? THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT APRIL FOOL'S JOKE!!!

Customer service (besides one guy who brought it to our table and was very pleasant) was terrible. Guy was on the phone laughing and talking when asking for some to go items. Didn’t acknowledge us. Girl at the counter wasn’t too helpful. Waited a long time for anyone to come to the counter while two people just chatted in the back.

It's Panera. Typically pretty good. I have issues when I add toppings..I haven't got them numerous times. Hard to get bad food here though.

Food is decent. The restaurant on Cherry Street smells. Men's bathroom could use a good cleaning.

the service is really great here in Tulsa Oklahoma

Just go to Einstein Bagel. Panera has forgotten how to take care of an in store customer. I was the only in line in a basically empty store. I ordered a single breakfast sandwich. After waiting for over 10 minutes while watching a staff member meticulously lay out a Ciabatta sandwich slowly and as perfectly as possible. I thought he was making himself something. Because I am busy I went to the register and got a refund and left.

I love Panera but what the heck? This was $17? What in the world..

We haven't been to Panera in a couple of years and had forgotten how good their food is! Got broccoli cheddar soup and bread bowls, and it was amazing! Highly recommended!
