Stopped in for a quick to go meal for dinner, and received my meal in quick fashion. Upon my return to my hotel the Turkey Bacon Bravo was well crafted and had the PERFECT amount of dressing on the sandwich! Thanks for the hard work on making a great meal!
Yummy. I love that every time I eat at a Panera they have something happening. Five chess games going on. Full restaurant and great dining room. Everyone, from staff to patrons, is friendly and inviting. My order got messed up but they fixed everything right away.
I order here frequently both online and in store, and this is the third time there has been hair cooked into my bread.I'm not the one to make a thing of it at the store (employees have it bad enough), but it's definitely an issue :/
Poor service. Ordered thru the app for rapid pick up and they closed the lobby early for the night. Was told to wait in the drive thru line instead to get my rapid pick up. I asked for someone to just bring it out curbside. Finally get home and they messed up the order. Very disappointed with this location.
Normally the service is great! I ordered delivery today and received the wrong soup, no side, and no utensils despite making a note. I called to let them know, but said I'd go ahead and eat the soup that was sent. The man I spoke to said he'd make a note of it and that was it.
WHY do you insist on putting tomatoes on everything, even when I order it without? Every.single.time. It's disgusting and so frustrating. I don't know what your process is for handling customizations like this but it needs serious work.
Panera on 71st drive thru has a consistent issue with the people that take orders! Every single time I use the drive thru my order is ALWAYS WRONG!!!! The people chosen to take orders in the drive thru need more training….. management do better! Train better! If your employees are not sure what the customer has said they need to repeat what they heard, ask questions or read the order back in detail. People have food allergies or dont like vegetables or are lactose, etc! You are all in customer service so kindly listen to all details of the order. Its truly not complicated.
I have used this Panera several times, they do not check food and always leave 1-2 items out of my pick up order. ALWAYS CHECK YOU ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE.
