Really nice guy at the register, but the food was pretty sub par compared to other locations. They put about 2 TB of chicken salad on my Napa sandwich & I was embarrassed to ask about it but felt like it was kinda a rip off when I ordered a whole chicken salad sandwich & got pretty much old lettuce & water tomato & 2TB of chicken :/ husbands “steak” sandwich was the same way. It was $30 for 2 people to eat lunch & the food was really really weak. no toilet paper in restrooms either. Just kinda unimpressive unfortunately. Won’t be going back there when there are so many better options for restraints nearby. Bummer cuz I usually like Panera
I don't know why there were quite a few bad reviews here. I enjoy most Panera location and have no problem with them at all. I specifically love Memorial Tulsa and Broken Arrow location. Ladies here are sweet and hey, they work hard so respect them please. If your food or drink not right, ask them to fix. I am sure they will do it.
Great food . Although the chicken noodle soup should be called chicken noodle soup broth...there's hardly anything in it but broth...other than that it's greatL
The prices are very high and the food size varied from plate to place. My full size salad was about 2/3 the size of another person in my party's full size salad.
3rd time in a row our meals were messed up. Quality of the food has gone down hill while the price has gone up.

The onion soup, which was my favorite and the reason I stopped in, was COLD, ALL ONION, NO BROTH, ALMOST NO CHEESE. Sorely disappointed.
Why don’t you do away with your asinine mask mandate for your employees so we can dine in? Also, you didn’t give me chicken on my Baja bowl WITH CHICKEN.
Delicious food! I love their soups, especially their autumn squash soup, and my partner loves their sandwiches. We get both delivery and dine in on occasion, and when you dine in they have an option to put in an order instead of giving your order to the staff, which is great if you have social anxiety or just don’t feel like socializing.
Sandwich had no cheese, or dressing. Salad came with a thimble full of dressing... lame location. Pizza was also very light on cheese and mostly grease.
