the food was good, but the service is so bad dude. this is like the 2nd time i have tried to come here and the first time they said they have never had orange chicken. second time there was two people talking at the drive through the intercom and once we got to the window and ordered not until AFTER we ordered they told us they are only excepting cash. so bad service but good food.
I would avoid this location all together. The last 4 times I have came to this location through the drive thru they have forgotten part of my food each time. This time we checked before we left the parking lot and some of our food was not there BIG SURPRISE.Went inside to speak with the manager she asked for a receipt we didn’t get one cause the printer was down in the drive thru. She argued and said where’s your food I had to go out to the vehicle and bring it in and show her my food. Let me just say it took her a few minutes to realize some of the food was missing like she couldn’t comprehend what I was showing/telling her. Panda you may want to hire smarter management it doesn’t take a genius to look in a bag.
2 out of 3 times we've used the drive thru our order was wrong. Not just like the wrong entree or something, but like we got someone else's food completely.Maybe go inside if you want to eat at this one. Don't trust the drive thru.
Had issues trying to order food I wanted in line. They were out of brown rice, which was on the menu. Told me the wait would be 10 min or more, so I needed to choose something else. Then I chose Teriyaki chicken, which they were also out of. They told me it would be longer than 10 min. so I would need to choose another entree. I usually don't conplain, but it was pretty frustrating to not really get anything I wanted. Not going back there for awhile.
We picked up lunch here today, went through drive thru. Service was fast. Food was fresh. Only complaint was that order screen was broken, so I had to ask employee to read back our order. This was my first time getting the Club Panda meal for my youngest daughter. One entree, noodles and veggies and some Apple crisps and a drink. It was a good size kids meal (and pretty healthy)!
Wish I could give this place 0 stars. This location used to be so amazing. Food was fresh and hot. Staff were kind and everything moved quickly and smoothly. Now they are literally NEVER open. When they are they only offer 25% of their menu. I know times aren’t great for all of us but I don’t feel anything is being handled correctly by this location or their franchisee. I hope they get it together or they aren’t going to be open much longer.
The food is okay (not great) and the drive thru line is ALWAYS no matter the time or day. Not because they’re in high demand. They literally do one order at a time and don’t start a new order until the person ahead of you is about to drive away with their order. This has been ongoing for over a year, so I rarely come through anymore. And they are always out of brown rice! Every single time I try to order it.
Horrible customer service and was out of literally everything, asked if we wanted any sauces and we said yes and the drive through attendant seemed annoyed that we said yes. I will never go back to this location and neither should anyone else!
Fast and tasty. Due to current supply shortages, some condiments were not available but that is a problem everywhere these days. Staff were expedient and professional. The price is reasonable for the quality and quantity. The food was fresh and warm as well as exceptionally tasty. I also want to add, their containers sealed well enough that my car was spared a mess as I drove home and had an occasion where the bag of food hit the floorboard. No spills!
I have been to this Panda Express at least three times where they didn't open on time for various reasons and didn't have food available for customers very frustrating it just seems to be this particular location that has issues with Staffing or management or whatever the case is
