ordered beef and broccoli and there’s literally no beef. Not a single piece. 4 pieces of broccoli. It’s basically a bowl of rice. That I paid 15$ to have doordashed. The bag was sealed so it definitely left the restaurant this way and was not the dashers fault. I’ll never eat her again that’s for sure.
Food was pretty good but depending on what person fixes your plate depends on how much you get so the girl that fixed my plate piled at high and the Chinese girl that fixed my son's plate hardly gave you anything. It's almost getting to wear it's not worth the price
9pm at night informed was ready to order in the lobby; we noticed that it wasn't any food in the pan. We asked if they were making any more food they said yes we asked how many minutes the informed us 15 minutes but we had already been waiting 15 minutes we waited 15minutes again no food 30 minutes in all we left they didn't seem to care about the customers. The other workers were laughing and talking with each horrible customer service ?.
This location is staffed well and with great employees who carry a good vibe even when it's very busy and everyone's in a rush. The foods always on point with what you'd expect from any of the locations. The kitchen/lobby/restrooms are always clean and properly maintained. The parking is good and grounds kept.
Like I've said before in my other reviews I understand wanting to work quickly when you're busy but they tend to give you who give you food that's been sitting under the heat lamp for too long so It's really dry. I also feel like they are not consistent on the amount of walnut shrimp they give You.
This 21st and Yale store is probably the best in the area. Consistently has the full menu and online ordering and the food is almost always fresh. Horrible parking though and drive thru with only 1 entry serving both.
Good food. Consistent. Front door appears to be left unfixed/ half blocked off for weeks.That leaves a feeling that something isn't right, or a lack of welcomeness. Only one narrow way in and out of parking lot, very hard to navigate, poor planning by building designer.
Ordered dinner for family, big mistake!! As you see pictured the egg rolls were burnt and over cooked. Everything else was dried out and cold. It appears this was leftovers from the day before that was refried and warmed in the microwave. It was horrible for $65. I’ve had an issue with this location once before this time, missing food from my order that was fully paid. Well guess what? They will never get a dime of my money again and I suggest checking your food before you leave, but stay very clear of ordering through delivery which was the best part of the order. I’m done with this place, yukk!
My Broccoli beef and Mushroom chicken were both just okay. Not bad for fast food. My eggroll was fair.
Got food poisoning from them yesterday! This place is not only disgusting but everything is either raw or completely burnt. Then when I call to get my money back because literally everyone in my family is sooo sick even our small child. They do not have anyone who speaks clear English and has no clue what they are doing. Stay away from this nasty place with even worse workers. I will be turning them into the health department and to the BBB. Needs to be shut down ASAP!
