I've never had a dry filet mignon before and the lobster was really tough and chewy. The only really good thing was the creamed spinach and the bread. The ahi tuna was so thin you could swe through it and for $15? It used to easily be worth it.Please fix this issue because Outback used to be so good! ?
My visit today was AMAZING. Not only was the food TOP NOTCH, but so was the SERVICE!! The food was hot, fresh, and served expeditiously!! The steak was cooked perfectly and was the best steak that I’ve had in years. I asked for steak sauce and didn’t even use it!! Ashley was the BEST!! If you have the pleasure of visiting and she’s your server, be prepared to have a great dining experience!!
Only eaten at outback years ago. I was very impressed for the amount of people there we were taken to our seats quickly. The hostess was nice and the staff very friendly.The bread was amazing and very warm.Our server was awesome helped with some questions. I don’t remember her name. I wish I did. We had a fun time there. Drinks were very good and didn’t have to wait for them long. We told the server we wanted to have a drink and order later. So she didn’t bug us about ordering which was very pleasant. The table and area was clean. Once we ordered they brought out the salad that was awesome. We had plenty of time between salad and steaks. Steaks were perfectly cooked. Best steak I’ve had in years. I’ve eaten at a few of the steak places in casinos that charge three times the price and their steaks were NOT even close in comparison to Outback steaks. I’ll be back
We went last night, our steaks did not come out at the right temperature 3 steaks out of 5 and one was supposed to have no seasoning. We talked to the manager and she was really nice and fixed the steaks that were wrong and offered us free dessert. We ordered dessert and never got it. Our server seemed like she couldn’t get it together. It was crazy how our plates were wrong even though she repeated it back to us twice. I understand from working as a server how you can get everything right but the cook can still get it wrong. I’ve been there, but she didn’t stay around long enough to really understand what we were ordering. It’s like she didn’t care. My moms steak was supposed to have been the one with no seasoning and instead of saying sorry and using customer service skills, all she said was oh man. Her name was court. She was very snippy and we were done dealing with her. When we got our tickets 2 out of 3 tickets were wrong and we gave them back to court twice to have them fixed and my brothers ticket was still wrong at the end. The manager that helped us, I didn’t get her name but she was awesome and she seemed like she cared. I personally will not be returning to Outback, especially that location. That was enough for me. I hope everyone who works there can get on the same page as the manager that helped us because with her customer service and the way she seemed she cared, it could be a really good experience for future customers.
If you guys go here all for Jasmine! She was such a wonderful person to have help me with my meal. She had such a lovely smile and was very patient with me during my dinner. She got everything correct, and worked real hard to make sure I was taken care of. Love her! Ms Larissa was such a pleasure as well. She is the manager here and has such a great attitude about her restaurant. I'll be back for sure!
They have some awesome Steaks and Shrimp.
Ordered a 6oz sirloin with double loaded mash through outback’s curbside and everything was perfect! I had utensils and all the fixings I needed to enjoy it. Susie was outside as soon as she saw my car pull up and quick to come back. Great curbside experience!
The waitress was awesome.. the food was amazing
Service was great and the food was even better. My sister's steak was not cooked the way she initially requested but they took it right away and brought her back an entire new dish. No complaints. Even my kids loved it. The table behind us had a crying toddler and I witnessed the staff trying to help the family soothe the child. 100% great experience.
My husband and I had not eaten at an Outback in a while. During a quick trip to Tulsa and an ice snow storm we ate here. We had a great dinner but was especially pleased with the staff. Our waiter Bryson was amazing and kept our glasses full and knew what and when to do things. A great waiter and a great experience!
