On a roll here in Tulsa with the less than stellar reviews. It’s a chain so you should know what to expect food wise. Similar situation to across the street…just way understaffed. Not much you can do in the current environment. I will say the bartender I had (she seemed to be covering the whole place) was super nice and responsive when she was at the bar. Food was ok. Had the honey chipotle shrimp tacos….
My whole crew plus extended family that lives locally went here to celebrate my son's graduation. He picked the the spot. I have been here many times and it really never disappoints. The food has always been good. We reserved a large room in the back for 28 people. Food was prompt and prepared as requested. I enjoyed my meal and having the private room helped with all the little ones. They could run around and be loud and it only bothered us,not the whole place. The servers were good and attentive. It is a better than average Mexican restaraunt for sure. It's definitley worth a try.
Came here on a Wednesday night for dinner with my husband. Service started off great with drinks and salsa/queso, but once our food arrived it was all downhill. Ordered steak/shrimp fajitas with corn tortillas, but got chicken and steak with flour tortillas. Ordered double rice on both meals, got rice and beans on both plates. Once the check arrived, we were charged extra for guacamole/sour cream that we didn’t order. Server didn’t even leave a pen to sign the check before she ran off saying have a great night. Was not the kitchens fault at all, but solely the front of house not writing down our order correctly. Also seemed to be the servers only table, so there’s no excuse in my opinion. Will not be back.
The food tasted 2 days old, the guacamole tasted like plain smashed avocados. The table and menus both felt filthy and the service was very slow when they weren't even busy!
Our waiter started to argue with us, he didnt write the order down and got upset when we told him it was wrong. The food was good overall, but that kind of ruined the experience for us, we're not so sure we'll go back anytime soon.
I went here with my fiance and totally enjoyed our dinner. It was so delicious, and we tried the sophapilla with cinnamon sugar. So good.
I literally do not leave reviews, but I attempted to contact them and heard nothing back so here it goes! The kid who brought the food out to the car was the best experience we had here. For starters, we received wrong food, but what’s worse is the quality of the food was HORRIBLE. The chicken fajitas were literally disgusting, looking at the food it looked great but it was like eating straight up muscle. It’s exactly what you don’t want to bite into when eating chicken. Got steak, which we didn’t even order, and it was literally completely raw. Will not be back
Went in yesterday 3/1/22 in Tulsa, OK across from Woodland Hills mall and the hostess that seated us kept proceeding to tell my 7 year old autistic son you must be hungry you look like you are always hungry. I am utterly disgusted by the way he spoke to a child and will never be back to eat here again. Management please tell your employees that it is not okay to talk to anyone like this.
If I could rate lower, I would. The "beef" enchiladas my boyfriend literally looked and tasted like they just dumped a can of chili into a tortilla. The guacamole looked like it had gone bad several days prior. The chips were so salted, CHUNKS of salt were falling off and we had to scrape it off and even then, it was still too much. The rice was sweet for some reason and the beans were flavorless. Maybe they should have used some of the salt off the chips for the beans. To top it off, we saw our waitress 3 times. Once to get drinks, once to order food, and once to drop off the bill. Way overpriced for the quality, or lack thereof. Will not return or recommend.
Food was delicious & I had a long Island tea, nice & strong. I would highly recommend but it was one of the more expensive drinks there. We went at lunch time & it wasn't that busy.
