Ordered a family meal...this was $118+ but certainly won't feed 4 people!!! CiCi the manager on duty was rude and wanted to argue about how much food was able to feed a family... We've ordered many family meals from On the Border...this is NOT a family meal!! Additionally, chips were not fried properly so most went in the trash. Nothing like greasy, half fried chips.
Disappointed. When we entered, we were not greeted…stood for about five to ten minutes before being greeted / seated. Once seated, sat for about another five to ten minutes before getting chips / salsa…never was asked for drinks. Waiter was kind…but, not efficient. Seemed a bit like he wasn’t sure how to do his job. Took an eternity to get our drinks and order. Then our good took forever to be brought out. My daughter ordered fajitas, and didn’t get her tortillas with her meal and then it was another ten minutes before she received them. Just shotty service…we watched other tables receive their food and refills while we waited…almost ignored. Will never come back and do not recommend.

Came for lunch. Greeted by waitress. Sat within a reasonable time. I order the bacon ranch chicken torta. I don't eat a lot of bread so I ended up taking the bun off. Not much Pico de gallo or bacon...but I did like it. Maybe next time I will give something else a try.
Went for lunch and service was excellent. Food portions were more than sufficient. Food tasted great.
I usually love this place. Last night tho. I almost ate a toothpick left in the taquitos. Not good. The guacamole was almost black.
I love the people. Knows ur name kind of place. Great vibe. Food fantastic. Hardest working bartender in Tulsa. Eliot makes the best cocktails. Every time its GREAT GREAT GREAT! At least twice a week.
Kisha was an amazing friendly server. very polite.
My mom loves On the Border so we went there yesterday for her 62nd birthday. She had a great time and our waiter was very nice and detail oriented. There were 7 of us and he did a great job! ?
I wouldn't suggest this place for employment or dining. I was harrassed severely.
