71st and Memorial in Tulsa, OK.I really wanted to give it more stars but it really only deserves 3.5 so, I really cannot.The food is good and the staff is good. For the price and hype though, I expect better than good. We had to wait on refills, wait on bread, and there wasn't that much of a crowd. Maybe next time I will try another one.
I brought my son here for his birthday, but wished I had not. This experience was not good at all. At first the man took my sons fork that came to collect the salad dishes. I told my waitress Sami about this. She made us wait 20 minutes for a fork then said did I forget something I said a fork. Then I had to ask for a battery for the little game thing had to ask twice. I honestly did not like the attitude of the waitress unprofessional. I get the place was busy, but at least don't keep people waiting 20 minutes for a fork. Next time I'll just go to the one on Utica, because Memorial does not have their stuff together, or technology.?
We had a party of 73 to come in. It looked like it was going to be chaotic, but every waiter and waitress that attended to us made things so smooth and easy. I think we may have had the manager come around to make sure everyonewas doing great. Everyone was friendly and our food was hot and fresh. 10/10!! Alisha was our server and she really made the experience top notch. Our food was delicious and perfectly prepared. It came out fast. She made great suggestions when it came to ordering drinks and food. I hope management sees this and gives her a high give for me! I hope she’s our server on our next visit!
Great service and worth the drive from Muskogee. My waiter was extraordinary and helpful.
We had a party of like 20 I think. We only had one server, and we heard him ask for help and no one helped him even though the restaurant was have empty, and a bunch of employees were just sitting at the front. Our server missed a chicken alfredo, the "manager" came over and yelled at the server for our missed dish. We stuck up for him. Also we kept calling him the wrong name by accident, but he was very understanding and told us his real name. He also messed on our tickets but I wouldn't blame him for 1 person in charge of 20 people he did a fantastic job. The 4 star is really just for the manager. But the food was great, and they sang happy birthday to the birthday girl.
We ate after we went to karma to get my birthday present done, and we didn't have to wait long for the weekend before Christmas. Our server was nice but had to get the manager to make sure he understood my order. Better that than too mess up my order. But the food was really good. I had the salmon. My partner ordered steak medium and it was cooked well and not good. No one came to check the doneness like they should have. The table next to us kept taking about how he used to work at Red Lobster with the management with everyone there. Other than it was good. Better than usual.
This is a horrible location. Never try to do curbside pick up because it will take your entire dinner time. All we ordered was a large salad and breadsticks. Waited almost an hour and had to go inside the restaurant in my pajamas that I was comfortable sitting in my car in just to remind them about the order which they then blamed on the breadsticks taking too long. Unfortunately for them I have worked at Olive Garden and know their breadsticks take no time to make and that there’s plenty so for them to have that as their excuse is completely unacceptable.
Went a few weeks back. Brighton was our waitress. She was amazing. So friendly and welcoming. She also had great menu knowledge. I haven’t had the best luck at previous Olive Gardens. I must say Brighton sure brightened up our day!
The breadsticks tonight were absolutely terrible. They were very small and hard. There wasn't any buttery goodness on top and the waitress didn't even bring them out until our second bowl of soup at least 15 minutes later. I was not offered a refill of my drink. The soup was good and my waitress was nice but I don't feel like the meal is UNLIMITED if they wait long periods between my order. 2 bowls of soup and 2 breadsticks is not exactly what I had in mind for dinner tonight!
