We had a problem previously. A sign of a great business, is if they listen and rectify problem. They did both.Customers forever!
Warmly and immediately greeted by a gentleman at the door. You don't see that very often.Heaven, our waitress, was great. Very attentive and fun.My wife loves OG. Me, not so much a fan. The staff at this location, however, was top notch and made it worthwhile.
Omg!! Went out with a friend for our Sunday brunch together. Our plans of rescheduling and finally going was worth. We had the best waiter in the house. We didn't ask to much and she checked in with us to see how the food was and she even cracked some sassyness of humor with us and spoke to us like we were friends visiting. We had so much fun we even got a picture with her. The food was good and the alcohol had me feeling great. We tipped her with a smiley face afterwards because she truly was an amazing person.

I will say the service we had was AMAZING. Set at table 92. Came in around 2:40 on 3-22-22. She was amazing. But the food wasn’t so hot. The fried chicken and spaghetti wasn’t great at all. The chicken was so hard it sounded like a potato chip when you cut into it. The spaghetti I can’t describe with words. While we was eating another a guy got set behind us and was talking so loud you would’ve thought he had a mega phone. But the worst part is we didn’t even make it to that little gas station before me and my other half was running for the bathroom or just somewhere to puke besides our car. We will not be returning to this location and possibly any Olive Garden ever again
Sat at table in bar. Could see our waiter off to the side of the bar on his phone while we continued to wait on a lemonade refill. He didn’t once check on us after we received our food. Continued to socialize with the bartender & another employee who just ended their shift at the bar. Conversations between coworkers at the bar seemed to be a priority over the waiting guests. Food was great overall service and experience not so much. Will not return to this location in the future.
Our waiter was absolutely delightful. Each meal was prepared quickly and was equally delicious. The only issue we had was a custom drink but it was a packed Friday night. So it completely understandable that it took a little longer than normal. Setting was even available immediate.
Food was excellent, service was excellent! It smelled sooo good and was very clean all employees were very nice and helpful! I love this place!
5 stars and it wasn't because of the food. We came here for dinner we had a group of 11 with us and we were sat fairly quickly. Jayna was our server and honestly had one of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant. Jayna was amazing she was very patient with our kids and was very attentative to everything we needed. I always enjoy eating at Olive Garden the food is good (not the best but good) but today's experience was well worth our time and money!
If possible I would give negative stars. They are liars. They say that they would give lunch portions on the weekdays but when we went they said it was only weekends. But on the weekends they said it’s only on weekdays. This is ridiculous . The only difference is the portions size of the food. Please eat elsewhere if you can. They will just cheat you of your money
