Called in a order yesterday at the peoria location for pickup. Food was missing from the order when i got to my destination. Called them today because i didn't have time yesterday about the problem and was asked "what do you want us to do about this?" Food we had was good but customer service could use some help. *edited to clarify location and time frames.*
Pretty Great bagels but worst coffee I’ve ever had. Who wants a bagel without coffee? I’d visit more often if the coffee wasn’t essentially water. Cmon guys- I’m a New Yorker and this is depressing.
The best bagels in Oklahoma are at New York Bagel Cafe. They have friendly, fast service and I’ve never received my order wrong! They are truly the standard for delicious, variety bagels. Perfect for large families who have individuals that are particular!
I used to love old school bagel, I couldn’t be more disappointed now. I used to order the Caesar bagel a couple years ago, I had an odd craving for it and it’s not even close to the same. Also it was made terribly. The chicken is like a school chicken patty. I feel like I’m in public school again. I also didn’t hardly get any Caesar, and the little I have tastes watered down. Not only poor ingredients but poor presentation as well.

The onion bagel I got wasn’t the worst I have ever had, but it was far from the best. Just marginally average. First, too big; second, too bready. Putting a hole in the middle of a somewhat firm bun does not a bagel make.The worst part was that what I got on my lox and cream cheese bagel wasn’t lox. It was hot-smoked salmon—totally wrong texture. I actually like hot-smoked salmon, but that is NOT what I am expecting when I order lox.also, although there was a lot of capers, there wasn’t much onion. Both are needed for a balanced lox and cream cheese bagel.I went in intending to sample their bagels and, if good, leave with some. I left without getting any. I really wanted to like them. Obviously, a lot of people do—there was a long line at the drive-thru. But I’m guessing those folks haven’t had either a good New York bagel nor a good Montréal bagel.
I had high expectations. Drove an hour because of a bagel crave only to be disappointed by the poor quality of bagels. The amount of cream cheese They put on the bagel is very disappointing. Their motto is very far from being true. These bagels are nothing like new york bagels.
Awesome atmosphere, Great selection of tasty and large bagels and cream cheese options. The ham and cheese croissant is delicious and flaky, and the honey almond cream cheese is perfect.
Friendly customer service and fantastic bagel sandwiches. Good espresso. Whole family loved the place. If you have braces, be prepared to squish your sandwich to fit. My daughter downed her whole sandwich. The chutney on the BBQ chicken is super tasty. Its worth the stop for sure.
