Ordered with Britney, she said our dozen tacos would come with lettuce on the side.. they all had lettuce on them. Called spoke with Britney about this. We could not return we were over 30 minutes away. We bought another meal and trashed these tacos. She stated she’d put the name under the register and replace the order. Fast forward a couple of weeks and in the area, called to order the replacement. Apparently Misty said we can have a “discount” on the new order. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. maybe a dispute on the card used to purchase will work.
I went to Nieves’ today for the first time and got the beef tacos. They were huge could only eat one and by far the best deep fried taco I have ever had. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend Nieves’.
Outstanding food made from family recipes and some of the friendliest staff in Tulsa, from the kitchen to front of house! Looking forward to many return visits!
I love Neives and their food is awesome.Waitress never checked back on me however after delivery of my food to table, and I needed a to go box which I got up and asked for.Otherwise, food was very good.
Can't give this place enough stars. If you're reading this stop and just go... trust me! Best deep fried taco's in town. Queso is on another level and the service is top tier. Can't brag enough about how extraordinary they are!
We order from here regularly through DoorDash. They have the best Taco Salads I've found so far in Tulsa!! The guacamole always looks and tastes fresh and the pork chili oh my goodness out of this world!!
Hadn't been to neivas in a few months and only reason we stayed was we invited 2 people with us. They were pricey before but when the girl rang our tacos up at $5 each I almost hit the floor. Imagine a 5c tortilla 7c worth of lettuce 30c worth of hamburger meat and 20c of cheese...what a ripoff. Those tacos are not a $5 taco needless to say we will never step foot in that place again. Prices have gone up but that's flat out price gouging at its best. They would male profit at $1. Asta lavista neiva!!?????
On time. Friendly and simple phone order. Got tons of food for a great price. Love the burritos with pork and beans. Great queso.
Neives is awesome..... the food is wonderful........ the girls that work the dinning room are amazing....... they also can cater any of your events......wedding.... banquets....family gathering....... birthday partys......party....... office lunch......meetings basically anything you need some good food for.
My favorite Mexican restaurant in Tulsa. I highly recommend!!!
