Although the table was available at the reserved time, once seated it took 8 minutes for a server to acknowledge us and take our drink order.
My experience here was a little off-putting. I placed a to-go order through the website and intentionally chose curbside pickup as I’ve been very ill for the past several days and didn’t want to push myself more than necessary after pushing through a full day at work. I arrived, called the phone number, and although I let the girl know I was here to pickup a curbside order and the confirmation email says “someone will gladly deliver your order to your vehicle,” her response was (not spoken rudely) “if you want to come inside we will hand it to you.” I said “okay!” and did, but that was pretty disappointing, especially considering there were two girls near the host stand and probably 5 cars in the parking lot. My order, aside from the lettuce on the burger having dark brown edges which I trimmed, was still pretty good, was correct, and was still warm. I’m not sure exactly why they weren’t willing to execute my pick up the way that I chose, or if they’re no longer offering it, but the option of doing curbside pickup along with the cute little email instructions did contradict my experience :(
The food was fair at best and we left hungry.
Food was amazing as always! We’ve yet to have a bad meal at McNellies. Service was a little slow but she was insanely busy and it was a Saturday night so that’s to be expected! We had the chicken and Reuben sandwich was the Reuben was one of the best I’ve had to date!
Love burger night and the beer selection. Taylor was very nice and gave us a great dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lauren, Belle and Lucy are a delight. You will never be disappointed, some of the greatest people i have ever met, and they are always making sure you are taken care of. Never do i not feel at home when they're working here. Would completely recommend.
Lauren, Belle & Lucy are so fun! They always make sure we have a good time and they always makes sure our order comes in fast!. Because of that im coming over every week!. I got no words!. Favorite restaurant to come to because of the staff.
