I ordered cardside online and when we arrived at our pickup time we had to wait over 5 minutes for our to be brought out. The food was not good nor was it as we ordered it. The chicken salad on a croissant was not even edible. It was smashed flat and looked to have been toasted. The chicken salad itself was gritty and didn't taste good. My daughter's Angus beef sandwich had horseradish even tho she requested that to be omitted. My cream pie had obviously been sitting out for awhile, it was no longer cold and starting to separate. The Mac and cheese was warm and good however. We've been to this location in the past without any issues. This order tho has prompted me to not return again. I expected more for what I paid, at best at least food that was edible.

Walk to your counter and make the order. If you're ordering to go you wait, you used to have a table and chairs but, covid, now there is one bench. If your dining in and you go to the table with the number and they bring it out to you. Their tea is good, sweet or unsweet. I've been here several times and I'm likely to go back but it's sure not a place I'd go on a first date.

As I was ordering the lady kept talking to her co worker, I repeated myself 3x, when I was done the deal said $5.19 which I knew I ordered more than that as I had two kids meals a salad and a large sweet tea.. I asked nicely if she got the grilled chicken salad and then she rudely snapped that I didn’t order a grilled chicken salad.. We just walked out and won’t return to this location. So unprofessional and rude.

The last three times in a row that I’ve visited this restaurant to pick up my take out order, my order has been wrong.Ordered the Smoked Pepper Jack Turkey sandwich with no honey mustard because my husband despises honey mustard, and I got home and the sandwich had honey mustard on it. The same thing happened the second time I ordered that sandwich for my husband. This time we ordered a Club Wrap so that we would be eating less bread, and we got home they gave us a club sandwich.I definitely should have checked the box before I left since I’ve already received multiple orders wrong, but seriously people, listen to what your customers are ordering. After working in the food industry myself for 10 years, I seriously don’t understand why this keeps happening.

Good food, but always missing items. Ordered for pickup yesterday at 2:00 and we didn't leave with all our food until after 2:40.

I always love the food at Mcalister's. Great today. The only negative was that I needed a togo box and there was no one checking the dining room for more than 30 min. So I had to carry my plate to the front counter to get one. Other than that the people were nice and friendly.

You have to really like this place. The mobile app ordering process is great and highly recommended. They have always been pleasant, quick, and accurate with my orders. The food and drinks are also very good. Overall I have never had an issue with this store and I will continue to go back.Use the mobile app to order and reorder, because the line can get long once in a while. If you mobile order they will set it in a bin with your name on it so you can just grab and go.

Didn’t give right instructions of what they had potatoe was dried out and the broccoli cheddar had no taste. Said they were sorry but didn’t offer to fix anything. Probably not their fault with supply issues we all know who’s fault that is thanks

Had a long day working in Tulsa. Decided to grab dinner at McAlister's and head back to the hotel to finish reports. That King Club was TERRIFFIC!!!

So far every time I go I have a great experience. I order their loaded baked potato. The chipotle chicken ranch. It’s so so good. I add all the extras on there and it’s to die for. Definitely recommend them. And it’s always been fresh and hot.
